1. Machine Operation and Order Fulfillment (55%):
Prepare Materials Needed for Order.
Senior Production Associate is focused on 5 to 8 pieces of equipment to ensure fulfillment of the following duties:
Review Order and list of materials and utilize RF Gun to locate and pick the materials.
Review order and weigh materials based on order needs - input information into machine that will prepare the batch.
Start up machinery, review production schedule, load bags into machine and work with batcher to determine when to run the machine.

2. Housekeeping (10%):

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.
1. Machine Operation and Order Fulfillment (65%):
Prepare materials needed for order.
Ensure fulfillment of one/two areas below:
Review Order and list of materials and utilize RF Gun to locate and pick the materials.
Review order and weigh materials based on order needs - input information into machine that will prepare the batch.
Start-up machinery, review production schedule, load bags into machine and work with batcher to determine when to run the machine.
Ensure safety protocols are always followed.
2. Housekeeping (15%):
Ensure proper housekeeping and maintenance of worksite - Sweeping, vacuuming, removing packing materials/debris and equipment cleaning.
3. Staging and Shift Handoff (5%):
Prepare materials for next shift to ensure smooth transition and handoff with minimal downtime.
4. Quality Control (10%)
Ensure team is utilizing raw materials that are not expired and follow correct formulas.
Collect samples for the QC team and based on results, adjust batch as needed.
Ensure final product is meeting quality specifications.
5. Equipment & Materials (5%)
Communicate with Leadership and maintenance any equipment and materials needs, shortages, failures, required repairs, forklift inspection results etc.

Principle Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for directing the daily operation of the production line to ensure the manufacture of products on a timely schedule; to ensure service levels while maintaining quality standards, cost controls, line efficiencies, production area sanitation, and regulatory compliance programs.
To supervise production line to maintain plant efficiencies and standards.
To maintain the production area in strict compliance with all regulatory agency standard work with the President to ensure good employee relations, a safety program, training, discipline, and proper manning levels.
To make sure all necessary information is communicated to proper personnel.
Train all new employees in GMP, SQF, SSOP, SOP and all Addison James Foods protocols.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
Creates and develops new product recipes, menu items and product lines for a variety of savory brands.
Leads product development ideation process and initial production runs.
Develops and refines specifications for new and/or existing products.
Analyzes feedback and results from product cuttings.
Completes accurate food costing and ingredients for developed products.
Works with multiple departments on all aspects of test programs and product rollouts, including Purchasing, Distribution, Marketing, Operations and Training.
Must be able to work independently from benchtop to full production.
Food Safety Production Areas:
Notify the Plant Manager of any repairs or adjustments that are required.
Perform all duties necessary to meet SQF, Addison James Foods, and or Government requirements standards as prioritized by Addison James Foods.
Inform Management of ANY Food Safety or Quality issues or of any processes, which become noncompliant with specified requirements.
Ability to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformities relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the product, processes, quality system, or safety system.
Identify and record any problems relating to Food Safety and the Quality of the ingredients, processes, quality system, or safety system.
Controls further processing or delivery of nonconforming product in terms of Food Safety and Quality issues until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
Scope Data:
Supervise hourly production employees. Ensure consistency in production batches.
In the absence of immediate supervisor, will assume necessary operational and administrative duties.
