Responsibilities
* Perform clinical / commercial product manufacturing for LNP therapies according to cGMP standards and SOPs including Lipid and RNA Prep, T-Mix, and TFF operations
* Perform aseptic vial filling, visual inspection, cryopreservation, process reagent formulation, and material kitting.
* Transfer raw material inside cleanroom suite using sanitizing reagents or equipment.
* Participates in technology transfer from Process Development to the Manufacturing group.
* Assist in the life cycle development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing in collaboration with PD / MSAT and Quality Systems groups.
* Ensures all materials and equipment are identified and available in time for manufacturing operations.
* Execute standard work per manufacturing schedule
* Participate in Quality investigations and resolutions.
* Ensure cGMP compliance through consistent execution.

Minimum Qualifications
* Certificate, associate's degree or higher in biological sciences or related fields and 2-5 years of relevant Manufacturing experience or related fields

About the Job SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently perform advanced analysis, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of complex electromechanical products. Interpret detailed print specifications, schematics, technical manuals, engineering documentation, and non-standard instructions. Serve as a technical resource and mentor to lower-level technicians. Expertly use, diagnose, and repair test and assembly equipment including oscilloscopes, hypot testers, power supplies, multimeters, coordinate measuring equipment, and specialized gauges.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Diagnose complex product failures and perform high-level repair and testing.
Identify trends and initiate/implement corrective actions with minimal oversight.
Recommend improvements to test methods, tooling, fixtures, and processes.
Assist engineering with prototype builds, test development, or failure analysis.
Provide training and technical guidance to Technicians I and II.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.
Perform other duties as needed.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead complex assemblies or final acceptance testing.
Conduct detailed inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong proficiency with advanced test equipment: oscilloscopes, hypot testers, power supplies, coordinate measuring tools, torque gauges, and diagnostic devices.
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex schematics and solve advanced technical problems.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Required to sit, stand, and bend.
