The Production Operator position is involved in all aspects of the production of our premium pet food. What You ll Accomplish
The Production Operator position is involved in all aspects of the production of our premium pet food. They are responsible for setting-up, operating, and disassembling processing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). They will operate multiple types of processing equipment, including but not limited to extrusion, injection molding, dryers, cutting, and packaging machinery according to scheduled production needs. In addition, operators maintain their assigned production area, following safety procedures and cleanliness standards. The operator will also troubleshoot equipment issues and complete required food safety checks to ensure first-time right production.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Sets-up, operates and disassembles processing equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) according to production schedule.
Troubleshoots equipment as needed.
Monitors product, completing various checks to ensure product is running according to job specifications.
Reviews and follows production schedule throughout shift.
Adjusts equipment during product changeovers.
Checks and documents product according to SOPs to ensure the highest quality standards.
Cleans work area according to sanitation SOPs. Maintains cleanliness throughout work shift.
Monitors equipment and uses various tools to make adjustments, small repairs and perform basic maintenance as required.
Completes re-work as necessary.
Maintains records and logs within designated production system during entire production process
Performs and documents in-process quality checks on a periodic basis on representative samples to ensure that product is correctly produced/packaged.
Cleans, disassembles and reassembles line equipment to prepare machines for inspection and/or deep cleaning.
Changeover/sets up machine for run by loading product, components, printer material, etc.; adjusting settings; checking the line; and obtaining line clearance to prepare equipment for next run.
Actively follows safety procedures and policies in all job tasks.
Follows and holds others accountable for following all company GMPs.

Production Operator Lead:
Leadership position overseeing a team of production process.
Manages and coordinates the activities of the production team.
Provides guidance, training, and support to operators.
Monitors production schedules, assigns tasks, and ensures targets are met.
Acts as a liaison between management and the production team.
Collaborates with other departments to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
May be responsible for training programs and enforcing safety protocols.
Possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary:
The Studio Public Programs internship with Crystal Bridges and the Momentary (CBMO) is designed to provide an overview of the skills and responsibilities required to develop and facilitate educational programs and activities to enhance CBMO engagement with studio art making.
To provide the intern with both real-world education and experience as well as applicable hands-on capabilities, a primary responsibility for this summer position is to learn to perform the duties necessary to support studio programs including-- studio art classes, workshops, demonstrations, gallery art engagements, and museum wide events.
There is some flexibility in scheduling, though a priority for the position is availability to support events on Thursday and Friday days and evenings, every Saturday days and evening, and some Sundays.

Position Summary:
The Studio Public Programs internship with Crystal Bridges and the Momentary (CBMO) is designed to provide an overview of the skills and responsibilities required to develop and facilitate educational programs and activities to enhance CBMO engagement with studio art making.
To provide the intern with both real-world education and experience as well as applicable hands-on capabilities, a primary responsibility for this summer position is to learn to perform the duties necessary to support studio programs including-- studio art classes, workshops, demonstrations, gallery art engagements, and museum wide events.
There is some flexibility in scheduling, though a priority for the position is availability to support events on Thursday and Friday days and evenings, every Saturday days and evening, and some Sundays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with studio public program facilitation, including artist lead workshops, artist demonstrations, studio talks, nature programs, and exhibition programming.
Artist workshop material preparation
Help maintain studio organization and inventory
Liaison with guest speakers and instructors for program planning
Perform administrative tasks as needed
Work with the public in a positive and professional manner
In addition, the Intern will have the opportunity to research, plan and create new content for future studio programs, based on the intern's interest and skills.
Qualifications:
Experience or interest in studio art, art education, museum work, art history, or event production is preferred.
Excellent guest service and communication skills
Dependable and punctual
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours

This co-op model is styled to provide the intern selected for this position a full experience on the Crystal Bridges campus and will have a fluctuation in hours that will work with an existing school schedule. The following is the permitted work hours schedule.
March 9th-May 9th -Up to 20 hours a week
May 10th-May 31st-Up to 30 hours a week
June 1st-July 25th- Up to 40 hours a week
July 26th-August 8th- Up to 30 hours a week
