Role Overview:
Patco Brands is seeking a Production Coordinator who will drive production planning and coordinate with multiple contract manufacturers to meet established demand and inventory plans. This role ensures production orders are created, tracked, and completed efficiently, while maintaining transparency and accuracy across all stakeholders. The Production Coordinator will report to the Production Manager.
Key responsibilities include confirming material availability, coordinating material deliveries in alignment with the planned schedule, ensuring CM compliance with schedule, managing paperwork flow, and monitoring performance across our CM network. Cross-departmental collaboration with Demand Planning, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and NPD/ECO is vital to the success of this role.

May be assigned to calculate, compile, and report production volumes as directed by the mogul supervisor.
Performs all duties assigned within the mogul section, including the loading and unloading of trucks into the mogul or dryroom, the loading of starch into the mogul, the manipulation of pump bars, and the catching and loading of candy trays. Duties may run concurrent when production runs are 4 hours or less, except when running candy corn and Dutch mints.

The Role
As a Production Assembly Technician at our company, you will play a vital role in assembling and rebuilding subsystems for our ocean-going vehicles. These subsystems include cameras, actuators, and battery systems. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including soldering, harness assembly, mechanical assembly, and testing. Whether you're working on a one-off prototype or a production batch, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential. Responsibilities

Summary

Position Responsibilities
•Primary duty is the mechanical assembly of subassemblies using small hand and/or power tools. Some soldering may be required
•Final assembly of ground control equipment and air vehicles
•Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies
•Works with other Production Technicians and Engineering to correct and improve upon any documents related to the assembly process at the required high quality standard
•Works with manufacturing engineers to improve assembly efficiency, improve product quality, reduce manufacturing costs and validate released assembly/ fabrication documentation
•Responsible for ensuring that work order protocols are followed and that work order paperwork is completed as the work is performed
•May also train other technicians to build a product or follow an established assembly process
•May conduct in-process quality checks to ensure that items built are to established high quality standards

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
•High School diploma or GED equivalent is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

•Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, drills, taps, torque wrenches, power tools and air tools is required
•Ability to read blueprints and schematics is desired

Key Responsibilities
Production & Material Flow
Monitor and track work orders throughout all manufacturing stages to ensure on-time completion.
Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Production to expedite materials and parts needed for open jobs.
Identify and escalate potential delays to management, providing alternative solutions when possible.
Prioritize and reschedule jobs as needed to meet changing customer demands or material availability.

Communication & Coordination
