We're looking for a Confections Production Specialist to join our production team in Arcadia, FL. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and want to play a hands-on role in producing cannabis-infused products, this could be the opportunity for you. Ready to grow with us? 🌱 Let's make it happen. What You'll Do Prepare and produce cannabis-infused chocolates, gummies, and other confections in large batches. Accurately follow standardized recipes and batch records to ensure consistency and proper dosing. Operate confectionery equipment, including tempering machines, molds, and depositor systems. Monitor quality throughout production - texture, weight, appearance, and compliance. Maintain accurate documentation for batch output, weights, labeling, and compliance records. Support packaging and labeling of finished goods in accordance with state regulations. Track and manage inventory of ingredients, molds, and packaging supplies. Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas per food safety standards. Assist with process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with management to meet daily production targets. What You'll Bring 1+ year of experience in chocolate, confectionery, or food production (cannabis preferred). Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety practices. Strong attention to detail, with an ability to maintain dosing accuracy and product quality. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain/maintain a Florida cannabis license. Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, temperature changes, and cannabis products. PPE may be required.
