The Production Supervisor is an important leadership role within our manufacturing operations, responsible for safely leading a team of 15-25 people to accomplish daily production goals. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and oversees all production operations, including the safe processing of materials, workflow management, and team development. The Production Supervisor plays a vital role in driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a non-climate-controlled environment with 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture products by supervising staff, organizing workflow, and monitoring production processes
Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting shift production results
Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, and implementing cost reductions.
Facilitate corrections to malfunctions within process control points and foster cooperation within and between departments.
Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to peers, subordinates, and superiors
Complete data entry, generate reports, and distribute valuable information to the team.
Accomplish manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance.
Coach, counsel, and discipline employees when necessary while initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
Maintain and develop staff by teaching, coaching, mentoring, and providing training opportunities to ensure delegation of increasing responsibility and associates' personal growth.
Conduct daily supervisor handoff meetings and shift meetings to promote company goals in safety, quality, and production.

Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.

Audit expendable items and track tooling to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure equipment operates by calling for repairs, ensuring Maintenance Correction Reports (MCRs) are completed, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, budgetary and personnel requirements, and implementing change.
Provide manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data.
Actively participate in and lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement efforts as directed by the Operations Manager.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.
Implement process improvements and deal with complexity in daily operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory experience leading and managing teams
Experience in a manufacturing environment

POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for operating MHEs for the purpose of moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting. Computer data entry is required for receipts, shipments, and inventory maintenance. The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting the supervisor/manager in ensuring the facility is in compliance with quality standards. Must drive forklift and reach machine to be eligible for position.
As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain accurate warehouse inventory
* Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues
* Return material coming from customer to factory
* Transfer material to the appropriate area
* Relocate material to keep and maintain inventory range and locations
* Safe use of all equipment
* Function autonomously, reporting progress and issues to supervisor/management
* Follow company policies, guidelines, and procedures
* Maintain appropriate records and reports to ensure inventory control and security. Conduct physical inventory as required. Assist in conduct daily / monthly "in-house" cycle count when required, support shipping / receiving in locating missing items throughout facility.
* Perform safety audits per operation requirements. Report and correct any unsafe operations
* Participate in daily start-up and staff meetings as required. Assist supervision as needed.
* Use PC skills for e-mail and generating reports as required.
* Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system; to identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system; to initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels; to verify the implementation of solutions.
* Review/investigate issues with inbound and/or outbound functions including unloading, checking, orderly stacking, storing, order pulling, staging, labeling, and loading. Ship material to the factory upon client requests inventory. Notify management when procedures require updates.
* Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Perform housekeeping audits per operation requirements.
OTHER DUTIES
Assist leadership as needed.
* Able to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, as required by the operation. Participate in established cross training matrix activities with the opportunity to improve their knowledge in multiple departments and be able to assist as a backup associate when the need may rise.

Job Summary
As a member of Huey Magoo's restaurant operating team, the Production Team Member is responsible for the preparation of food items, quality assurance, proper plate arrangement, appearance, and ensuring fast, efficient service according to company standards. Responsibilities also include cleaning and proper sanitation of the kitchen at all times. The kitchen associate is a key team member in maintaining proper portioning, waste controls, and practicing common sense safety rules while performing his/her duties.

ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification a plus

Responsibilities
Food reparation prepares and handles food according to all federal, state, and local regulations.
Prepares food items according to guest checks, assuring that products are made according to company standards for quality and appearance.
Assures proper flow of orders for product temperature and fast service by cashiers and food servers.
Menu and guest checks - has thorough knowledge of all menu items, prices, and abbreviations.
Waste control stores and rotates products according to established procedures to maintain freshness and prevent spoilage.
Maintains standards for portion control according to established procedures while minimizing product waste.
Equipment operation sets up the cook line according to company specifications.
Assures that the grills, fryers, food warmers, refrigerators and other equipment are maintained at specified temperatures and settings.
Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
Cleanliness - clean all equipment according to established procedures and frequency.
Maintains thorough knowledge of proper cleaning materials.
Be responsible for general cleanliness and appearance of work area before, during and after shift.
Maintains image in personal appearance, image in professional conduct, and image in the area of responsibility by completing duties on the shift duty roster.
Safety Practice - common sense and food safety rules in the area of responsibility to assure customer and employee safety and convenience.
Maintains alertness to assist in the event of an accident or emergency
Compensation: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Visual quality check of raw cast aluminum products
Visual quality check of machined aluminum products
Loading of raw cast aluminum product into manual CNC machine
Unloading of machined product from CNC machine
Loading conveyor with machined aluminum products
End of shift area clean up - or as needed
Must be able to work where needed in the machining department
Must be able to support other departments as and when needed
Assist any line leaders, supervisors, managers in other tasks assigned.
