At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, managing production teams and operations. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of precision injection molding processes and equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Proficient with production management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
