Purpose Statement
The ProductionAssociate II will accomplish the preparation and packaging of frozen extruded or specialty food (French toast, cheese, and other) products made on the production lines at the Brunswick facility by performing certain assigned tasks handling, aligning, inspecting, or packing ingredients, food, or packaging materials. Contribute to the profit and well-being of the Company by performing tasks in a safe, efficient, quality-conscious, and cost-conscious manner and by working in a cooperative manner with his/her team leader and co-workers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
High School Diploma or GED

One year of experience in a food processing/manufacturing/industrial environment is a plus

This entry-level role focuses on learning and performing basic assembly tasks in a safety-first, quality-driven environment. JOB PURPOSE
The Level 1 Assembly Associate performs foundational assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly and efficiently put together. This role helps maintain production flow by handling materials, preparing surfaces, and assembling parts under supervision, while gaining experience in safe work practices and quality standards.
STRUCTURE
The Level 1 Assembly Associate reports directly to the Line Lead and Production Supervisor and works closely with the Quality Control team. They may receive guidance and training from more experienced associates or supervisors to build foundational skills.
RESPONSIBILITY
Know and follow all basic safety rules at all times.
Learn simple assembly processes and follow standardized instructions.
Perform assembly tasks with minimal supervision.
Meet quality standards at a basic level while continuing to develop in the role.
Properly handle and use basic tools required for assembly.
Identify and report simple defects during the assembly process.
Clean work areas using basic tools to remove residue.
Mark positions with pencil where parts are to be placed.
Hand assemble parts using neoprene adhesive with the aid of a roller and stitcher.
Operate necessary tools, such as a heat gun, under supervision.
Maintain workstation free of foreign object debris (FOD) and follow order and cleanliness practices.

Primary Responsibilities

**ROLE SUMMARY:**
Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser-Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates
+ Must be able to work varying shifts and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)

Primary Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical aviation components using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Conduct mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical tests on assembled products to verify performance and identify defects.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, specialized equipment, and 3D printers to support assembly, testing, and R&D efforts.
Maintain inspection tools, gauges, and special tools/fixtures to ensure accuracy and reliability. Validate that all tools and gauges are within current calibration prior to use.
Pull from stock and verify piece parts for assembly and testing, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Initiate purchase requisitions, log, store, and properly dispose of hazardous materials per applicable regulations.
Maintain accurate records of assembly operations, test results, material usage, and hazardous material handling.
Collaborate with Quality personnel, Engineers, Supply Chain, Repair Station and other departments to support production processes.
Assist with supplier quality activities, including evaluating materials and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, while maintaining Team JAS quality standards.
Resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize disruption to operations.
Assist with the disassembly and analysis of components for new projects and R&D.

Required
