In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing bid opportunities, developing strategic pricing and proposal approaches, and ensuring all cost estimates are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our project pursuits and client satisfaction. This position requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and interpersonal communication. Pay: $80,000-$140,000 OTE, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Review and analyze bid documents to identify qualified and strategic opportunities. Develop winning strategies for bids and proposals that highlight our competitive advantages. Prepare accurate and complete cost estimates, ensuring timely submission in accordance with bid schedules. Review all estimates and revisions for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with project scope. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure cohesive project planning and execution. Maintain and document the flow of project information between internal and external stakeholders. Prepare conceptual budgets based on design concepts and owner-provided data. Responsibilities/Duties * Developing engineering studies, plans, designs, and specifications for the remediation of environmental contamination. * Supporting Program, Operations, and Project Managers by analyzing project requirements and preparing detailed cost estimates.
