Implement strategies aligned with organizational initiatives and provide clear direction and focus. Provide leadership and training to achieve company goals and objectives. Collect and analyze data to identify sources of waste. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to maximize return on assets. Promote shop-floor organization and plant cleanliness among all personnel. Provide direction, development, and leadership to Production Supervisors.
