In the role of Temporary Brewery Worker, you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Team. You will be responsible for operating forklifts or packaging equipment in a dynamic environment focused on shipping large volumes of packaged product.
This position reports to the Process Leader and works closely with their fellow Brewery Workers, Mechanics and Electricians.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Operate, understand, and rotate through all pieces of packaging equipment
Responsible for the sanitation of all equipment on the assigned line
Perform line checks, assist with accident investigations, hazard analysis, audits, and attend meetings as required
Drive forklifts as trained to do so
Read and interpret packaging schedule, job procedures, and work instructions
Responsible for autonomous maintenance of valves, motors, pumps, filter and gear boxes including lubricating all machinery, making necessary operational adjustments, and ensuring equipment is running efficiently producing a quality product
Key Ingredients:
Flexibility to work rotating and/or off-shifts
Previous experience driving a forklift or willingness to be trained to operate a forklift
Familiar with operating a computer
You are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position (standing, lifting, walking)

**A Typical Work Day May Include:**
+ Operating equipment and technology tools throughout the facility which may include mixers, batching, mills, grinders, packing, weighing, palletizers, etc.
+ Collecting product samples and supervising tank levels, utilizing computer systems to input and record data as necessary
+ Manufacturing products to ensure that they meet specifications
+ Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
+ Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, etc.
+ Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
+ Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
+ Other duties as assigned
**What You Will Need:**
+ Eligible to work in the United States without a visa sponsorship
+ Be 18 years or older
+ Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
+ Basic computer skills
+ Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
+ Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
+ Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
+ Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice
