Job Description:

• The Production Foreman is responsible for ensuring all machines run properly and according to schedule. He or she acts as the communicator between machine operators and the shift supervisor and oversees the production floor when the supervisor is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Following, enforcing, and training on all safety features and rules regarding the Peerless Plate Press machines and accessory equipment.

• Ensuring that each machine is producing a quality product and troubleshoots issues when needed.

• Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

• Perform small, approved repairs when necessary and report advanced issues to the supervisor.

• Fill in as a machine operator, bailer operator, forklift operator, packer, or boxer when needed.

• Must be able to climb up/down ladders, move/load large rolls of paper, and lift/carry a minimum of 50lbs independently and regularly throughout the shift.

• Must wear hard-soled leather work boots that cover the entire foot and ankle.

• Must provide own tools for personal use–see current required tool list.

• Responsible for Food Safety, HACCP, GMP’s and Food Defense protocol and shall be competent and have appropriate education, training, skills and experience, along with quality workmanship and experience with producing quality products.

Work hours:

• 1st Shift (7am–3pm)

• 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm)

• 3rd Shift (11pm–7am)

The Senior Foreman is responsible for overseeing a crew and/or contract staff in the normal day-to-day operations of company wells. This position is responsible for initiating and actively communicating with team members on all key/major decisions. The focus is on striving to achieve top quartile EHS performance while maximizing operational efficiencies and asset potential. Supervises the monitoring of specific field operation discipline (Production, Completions, Maintenance, Measurement, Fluid Movement, SCADA, Artificial Lift and Construction) enhancement and optimization efforts. Works in close collaboration with engineering, field and EHS staff.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

In addition to the technical roles and responsibilities of a foreman of the specific discipline, the foreman is also responsible for the following:
• Participates in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing production operations discipline specific input. • Develops good relationships with and effectively manages contractors and suppliers Assist Superintendents and engineers in the development of procedures for routine well work. Handles invoice management. Confirms well site contractors are properly approved with SCM Group Provides production operations discipline input into the budget process and collaborates with superintendent and management to develop budget estimates. Makes decisions along with engineering personnel regarding status of projects and field related problems. Ensures completions and production operations are scheduled and conducted in such a way to minimize delays, safety issues, technical issues and risks. Leads monthly safety meetings. On site supervision of contractors involved in workover and completion operations of oil and gas wells including acid and fracturing operations, coil tubing units, workover units, water handling, flow back services, roustabouts, cased-hole logging, and fishing operations.
• Supervises and ensures performance is of the highest quality for any direct reports. • Participates in the performance reviews and personnel development efforts for any direct reports.
• Remains current in the application of the latest proven technologies and methods used for their specific operation discipline in the production of oil and gas assets. Regular field trips with ability to work extended hours when required. Conducts business with the highest ethical standards.
