Salary: TBL8 Logistics uses a Base+ pay model that starts as follows:
1. $90 for each day you show up to work
2. $20 for each truck loaded
3. $10 for each truck unloaded
4. $5 for each damaged pallet that is reworked and fixed
5. $0.06 for each case that built as part of a partial pallet
6. Discretionary bonuses, Monthly and Yearly based off individual and team performance
7. Minimum Pay of $20 per hour for first 3 months of employment

Job Description:
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to transport materials throughout our facility, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods. This role plays a key part in the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution processes.
Responsibilities:
Operate a forklift to load and unload pallets of product from inbound and outbound trucks.
Create partial pallets by carefully selecting and organizing a specified quantity of cases based on customer orders.
Safely transport products and materials within the warehouse or production areas.
Ensure products are correctly stored and properly organized for easy access.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all safety protocols and standards.
Inspect forklift equipment before and after use to ensure it is in good working condition.
Assist with inventory control, including stock checks and product retrieval.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain certifications as required.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Proven experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.

Production OperatorPerforms a variety of tasks requiring knowledge of production processes and responsible for day to day operations associated with the production lines.
Essential Functions
Responsible for overall maintaining of a production line, including starting and stopping of all equipment (palletizers, carton makers, carton sealers, drop packers, injection, etc.) as applicable.
Ability to perform minor adjustments to production equipment as directed. No mechanical work is to be performed without prior approval.
Responsible for accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report and Carton Top Load Report
Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and actions and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations. Personal protective equipment is to be used where required.
Housekeeping: maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production, including the break rooms and rest rooms. Bale plastic, cardboard and contaminated bottles when needed; grind bottles when needed.
Raw materials: keep bottle caps, labels, cartons, trays, tray and pallet wraps (plastic rolls), pallet glue for hot melt tanks, slip sheets, etc. in adequate amounts to ensure continuous smooth running of equipment and operation.
Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards; accurately filling out hourly inspection sheets based on overall production quality. Responsible for recognizing and reporting all quality defects immediately.
Ability to work in multiple areas of production with minimal supervision; perform relief duties when required
Ability to troubleshoot minor production equipment issues in all areas and collaborate with maintenance team as necessary.
Understanding of computer systems such as Oracle/MES or current order management system
Comprehension of line flow and manufacturing process to maximize through put
Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

Summary: The Forklift Driver is in charge of loading & unloading materials utilizing a hand truck, reach truck, or forklift. They are to maintain a clean and safe work environment and identify any discrepancies in receiving loads against manifest.
Responsibilities:
● Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist Drivers to load and unload trucks
● Material handling may include one or more of the following: picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), counting products and other like duties
● Must ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately
● Identifying and annotating overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)
● Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklift, pallet jacks, etc.
● Read and follow detailed and defined instructions in a fast-paced environment
● Ensure safe and secure work environment including all TSA and OSHA guidelines
● Perform other duties as assigned

What you will be doing:
Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed
Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to OH or customer pick sheet
Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a fork lift, pallet jack, clamp truck or other power equipment
Requirements:
High school education or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
1 to 2 years of experience and/or training in a warehouse environment
Experience using minimum of 4 pieces of warehouse equipment
Exposure to Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management system or comparable system
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to learn proper operations of warehouse equipment

You Will
Operate a forklift to transport raw materials & finished goods between the warehouse & production areas
Use a RF scanning device to scan goods & properly maintain inventory records
Load finished goods to ship to customers

You Have
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum of one year of forklift experience. This can be through work experience &/or education & training
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to work 7 pm - 7 am Sunday - Saturday, on a schedule cycle of 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and repeat
