We are seeking a highly motivated Video Production Lead to join our team. Video production leads provide oversight of all video production logistics, including pre-production and post-production logistics. They edit video and incorporates graphics, text, music and other elements as required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

This position is with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency's (NGA) Office of Corporate Communications' (OCC) providing Visual Communications Services. The services includes all aspects of video production to include, but not limited to, script writing, story development, lighting, shooting, editing, audio production, music selection, animation, graphic production, green screen, file conversion, dubbing, and closed captioning.

Other responsibilities include:

+ Advising NGA clients on the use of audio and video tools to meet communication and outreach objectives.

+ Working with the Program Manager to select and manage professional talent.

+ Convert videos to various formats for website postings.

+ Must properly caption videos, compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation and Americans with Disabilities Act.

+ Converting videos into social media content.

Required Qualifications:

+ Ten years of relevant experience in the career field of video production.

+ Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of field/studio audio, video, and lighting equipment; experience with webcasting procedures, switched productions, and satellite hook-ups' experience with client relations.

+ Must have a minimum of five years' experience in using AVID Media Composer nonlinear video editing systems.

+ Experience with green screen production.

+ Experience with producing videos including static camera event recordings, 30 second spots for television airings, advertising of various agency programs, file conversion, dubbings, closed captioning, small one (1) to two (2) day projects, and similar types of efforts.

+ Reliable transportation to travel to multiple filming locations within one hundred (100) mile radius of NCE and/or NCW.

+ Approximately 140 video products are created each year. An approximate percentage is listed next to each type.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Supervisor Production Billing

BROAD FUNCTION:

To supervise the workflow, employees, and day to day responsibilities of a Production Billing team department but not limited to assisting in client billing, inventory, estimating, and reporting functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Create billing drafts, agency fee drafts, review, obtain approval, and ensure that billing meets client's guidelines, using various billing systems
* Opens jobs, prepares estimates, drafts, and billing (Write offs, Passthru, Split, transfers, internal charges, etc.)
* Analyze WIP and coordinate a resolution of any items that are in question
* Reviews expense vouchers and vendor invoices for accuracy and appropriateness to be used as backup for billing

* Develop and implement process improvements
* Internal auditing to ensure that procedures are being followed
* Monitor Client Data Sheets to ensure they are being maintained by billers
* Miscellaneous Reporting as required by account teams and/or management

* Provide mentoring, guidance, and training to production billing staff
* Provide feedback on employee performance
* Assist in external and internal audits
* Regular and reliable attendance required
* Ability to work onsite in an office environment with limited remote work alternatives, consistent with applicable law

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Intermediate level of knowledge of basic accounting principles, including G/L, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and billing
* Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

About the Role

The Production Supervisor will be the most recent hire in our new Dry Ice Manufacturing Facility and report to the Plant Manager. The team is responsible for overseeing the processes for making and shipping dry ice. This role will oversee the overnight shift and lead 2 associates, and also help to implement new processes and create metrics to help us optimize the new facility with the goal of reaching 100% efficiency.

Note: This position is for the overnight shift (10pm-6am) & the facility is located in Edmond, OK.

Responsibilities

* Day to day operations of the dry ice machine - manufacturing, picking, packing, maintenance
* Supervise plant operations and organize and monitor work processes and procedures
* Develop team through training and coaching of employees, identifying areas of opportunity for growth and continual process improvement
* Implement and enforce systems, policies, and procedures
* Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations
* Ensure efficient operations by developing work and production schedules, implementing productivity standards, resolving operational problems, and implementing new procedures

Requirements

* Warehouse (packing/processing/production) experience
* Supervisor experience leading a small to medium sized team
* Forklift experience - expected to operate forklift
* Attention to detail
* Accountability to themselves, their team, and the ability to hold others accountable
* Comfortable and confident in a fast-paced work environment

Nice-to-haves

* Certifications - first aid/cpr trained, project management, production/six sigma, other
* Fluency in Spanish or other
* Experience with CO2 or other hazardous material
