The Production Pipeline TD is responsible for developing, designing, and implementing pipeline tools and workflows used throughout the creative process by artists and production management. This person will provide front-line pipeline support and must be able to quickly and effectively troubleshoot general CG animation pipeline issues while operating in a fast-paced production environment. This person will report to the NAS Pipeline Supervisor and will be supporting artists and production crew in the Editorial, Story, Design, and Previs departments within and across multiple productions.

A successful candidate is self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, thorough, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and attention to detail. This is a position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker and able to exercise good judgment and initiative. Equally important, their day-to-day approach should be guided by and in alignment with Netflix's culture.

What You'll Do:Work with the Pipeline Supervisor and team of Pipeline TDs to design and implement pipeline tools and workflows that service multiple productions Write solutions that adhere to studio development standards and best practices Create integrations for third-party and proprietary tools and applications Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to stay aligned on global pipeline initiatives and other product roadmaps Provide front-line support for pipeline-related issues across all pre-production departments Maintain and extend the suite of global pipeline tooling Craft bespoke and tailored solutions to address unique show challenges Write and maintain tool and workflow documentation and training Assist in training and mentoring of new Pipeline Technical DirectorsCollaborate with grace, humility, inclusion, and open-mindedness

Production Technician I
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ yrs. exp. working in a manufacturing environment
• Exp. working on a production line
• Exp. working in a GMP/SOP environment

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains all production areas in a clean and orderly manner which is consistent with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Moving totes and skids to warehouse, retrieving supplies from warehouse. Work with pallette jacks.
• Completes all required records, reports, logs, documentation, etc., in an accurate and detailed manner.
• Maintains quality standards and maintains production pace.
• Reliably report to shift daily.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain safe, neat and clean work area by adhering to SanMar safety regulations
Use Radio Frequency (RF) unit in combination with Internal Operating System to perform daily work
Check and pack product for customer orders by following standard operating procedures
Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines
Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines
Ability to learn Internal Operating System and operate Radio Frequency (RF) unit
Able to work both independently and within a team
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Comprehend verbal and written instructions
Mandatory overtime as required, which may include weekends
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to read, write and have sufficient ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information
Basic math skills in counting and quantity required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk, reach with hands and arms, handle or feel product, grasp and perform repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions. The employee is frequently required to push and pull bins/boxes with product and to bend. The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment is moderately noisy. The employee is occasionally required to work near conveyor systems. There is exposure to dust and changes in weather conditions. Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines. Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels
