Job Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Build Lincoln Electric Automation designed machinery and equipment.
Position Responsibilities:
With limited supervision performs electrical and mechanical assembly work involving automation equipment, including control panels, and robots.
Capable of meeting established goals in a timely and efficient manner.
Utilize problem identification and resolution systems.
Keep team members informed through timely utilization of verbal and written reports.

JOB OVERVIEW: This will involve set up, adjusting, maintaining, and configuring processing equipment according to assigned specifications, and regular communication with production personnel and supervisors and the completion of required paperwork. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Turns on all support equipment necessary to run the facility as needed.• Must do visual inspections and complete documentation during the run to insure defect free work.• Load corrugate, labels, bottles/cans, glue, carriers etc… in appropriate machines.• Performs minor package change-overs on equipment as required, as well as change- over to proper raw material.• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment with regards to cleaning and clearing them of debris and materials.• Assist line mechanics in machinery repair or other tasks as/if needed.• Must insure that all equipment is on and functioning properly prior to starting a run. Air is on, all conveyors are on.• Must do visual inspection of boxes to insure proper box/tray is used and the graphics on the box/tray are acceptable.• Watch flow of materials, i.e. Cans/bottles/boxes/trays, etc… into appropriate machine. Clear jams if necessary.• Must insure proper coding is on the bottle, cans, boxes/trays, and if applicable the graphics are acceptable.• Must insure closures and lids are properly applied.• Verify flavor and size according to schedule.• Report any major defects to the Lead person and/or Manager.• Monitor the machine while running. Check to see that all bottles, cans are packed into the box correctly.• Fill glue pot's as necessary.• Verify case code is correct as scheduled.• Clear your machine of all products at end of each run and at the end of your shift.• Must follow the work rules at all times. GMP compliance MUST be adhered to at all times.• Is responsible to report any quality issue to the Lead person, QA Technician and/or Manager.• Assist in relieving other operators for lunch breaks.• Keep work area clean at all times.• Shut down all equipment at end of shift if line is going down for the day.• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common information, reports and other documents. The Cylinder Handler will be responsible for safely handling, loading/unloading, and filling gas products into liquid, medical and high pressure gas cylinders in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and meeting the standard operating procedures of Airgas.
In particular, you will:
Loads and unloads gas cylinders and/or other products onto and off of route trucks and trailers moving cylinders with proper carts only.
Sorts empty cylinders by type.
Rolls cylinders and operates a forklift truck for the movement of cylinders on pallets.
Understands hazards of various gases; size and contents of cylinders by reading and interpreting cylinder labels and the color-coding of tanks. Accurately labels cylinders.
Handles high-pressure, medical and liquid cylinders. Prepares high pressure cylinders and cryogenic vessels for filling. Attaches to manifold, evacuates cylinders to eliminate all possible contaminants.
Performs basic cylinder maintenance such as painting cylinders, labeling cylinders, and cleaning of work area.
Inspects cylinders prior to filling, following standard procedures as required by government, Airgas, and distributor standards. Conducts a variety of Safety checks per procedures, such as odor tests, checking caps and valves. Fills cylinders by pressure and weight, per regulations and standards.
Checks for cylinder quantities, styles and product, and/or assists with inventory
Manages paperwork to DOT, FDA, OSHA, and Airgas standards. Completes quality control sheets as required.
Complies with all government and company standards relating to the safe handling of hazardous materials/cylinder gases.
Maintains a neat, clean and orderly plant appearance.
Other duties as assigned.

As a Bottling Plant Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing various tasks related to inventory management, bottling, portable exchange tank regeneration and customer service. Our Bottling Plant Associates are responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate for this role will feel comfortable being responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and organization of the warehouse. Culligan Bottling Plant Associates spend their time working in a warehouse - this means you'll need to be comfortable working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor spaces where weather conditions may vary. The warehouse may be noisy due to equipment, machinery, and movement of items, and may have varying temperatures that fluctuate depending on the weather. Use of resin in the warehouse may create slick surfaces. This role is highly labor intensive, requiring strong physical stamina to succeed in the role. The physical demands of our warehouse role include regular lifting up to 75lbs, in addition to carrying and moving heavy items. The warehouse rep should feel comfortable with long periods of standing and walking and will be expected to kneel and bend regularly.
