Qualifications Skills & Experiences Required: 10-15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a production management role. Strong background in manufacturing / shop operations to include; custom cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, metal or related manufacturing. High technical proficiency with spreadsheets (advanced formulas, dashboards, data modeling). Experience managing KPIs, MES/ERP systems, and production scheduling tools. Experience managing multiple production shifts. Demonstrated success overseeing multiple supervisors and large production teams. Proven ability to identify production bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and optimize flow. Experience with preventive maintenance programs and machine utilization strategies. Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience managing architectural millwork or architectural woodwork operations. Engineering degree or technical manufacturing education. Six Sigma certification. Outdoor Splendor is seeking a detail-oriented Production Manager to help lead and grow our operations. This is a hybrid role, where a portion of time will be spent working hands-on as a lawn fertilization technician in our new fertilizing division, while the majority of responsibilities will focus on overseeing production, quality control, and team coordination. Exceptional attention to detail is essential, as this role plays a key part in delivering the premium service and consistent results our customers expect. Position Responsibilities Ensure that crews are meeting production and efficiency standards. If production standards are not being met, diagnose and correct the issue. Ensure foremen and crews are following Outdor Splendor production systems and safety protocols and procedures Train all crew members on Outdoor Splendor production systems, equipment, and safety protocols and procedures Consistently evaluate work and determine if further steps are needed to meet internal and external client expectations Troubleshoot and solve problems and concerns on the job site, both from external clients and associates Perform timely follow up job site inspections to ensure Outdoor Splendor quality standards Perform hands-on activities as needed. Ensure the crews have the training, tools and supplies to succeed. Be able to service and maintain a lawn fertilizing route Compensation $27.00 - $29.00 per hour.
