Responsibilities:

Develop and implement recovery plans for any orders at risk of late shipment; lead customer communications to present solutions and secure revised timelines.
Maintain accurate inventory control in partnership with Materials Management, ensuring seamless raw material flow and timely product delivery.
Capacity, Staffing, and Resource Management
Monitor and analyze plant capacity, workforce levels, inventory, and resource allocation; proactively recommend adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency.
Review and approve all overtime requests to balance productivity with cost control.
Collaborate with manufacturing engineering to identify and implement process improvements that enhance capacity, boost efficiency, and ensure consistent quality.
Act as final decision-maker on allocation of Mechanical Engineering resources (detailing vs. approval drawings) and job prioritization.
Financial & ERP Ownership
Prepare and manage budgets, track variances, downtime, waste, and key performance indicators (KPIs) through detailed reviews, reports, and dashboards; present operational results to senior leadership and justify capital investments with clear ROI analysis
Generate and distribute quarterly revenue forecasts to support strategic planning.
Approve critical manufacturing data, including Manufacturing Order Quantities (MOQ), Manufacturing Order Points (MOP), variance reports, and quarter-end WIP calculations.
Provide accurate labor time estimates for special fabrication requests, sales quotes, and costing worksheets to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
Determine special pricing and delivery schedules for Flexicon subsidiaries' orders to meet customer requirements.
Serve as a key contributor to ERP implementation and optimization, ensuring seamless integration and data-driven decision-making across operations.
Performance Leadership
Drive manufacturing operations to achieve cost-effective production while meeting strict targets for quality, output, OEE, and on-time delivery.
Champion lean manufacturing initiatives, oversee capital project justification, and strengthen inventory control, safety culture, and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide hands-on leadership and coaching to supervisors and operations teams, fostering accountability and a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of progressive manufacturing operations leadership experience, including managing multiple functions in a fabrication or assembly environment; familiarity with logistics/distribution preferred

The CAR-T Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for directing the daily production of a personalized cell therapy to support both clinical and commercial requirements in a sterile cGMP environment. Their job duties will be performed within a team-based environment, on an assigned production shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a specific Processing Manufacturing Unit within the CART process operations (Day 0, Cell Culture, Day 10 or Component Prep)
Lead daily shift operations meetings (Tier Meeting) where you would assign individuals their daily production task to complete and ensure compliance and successful completion of work-related tasks.
Work closely with operations personnel on the production floor to provide clear guidance and perform production tasks as needed to help the team, in a manner consistent with safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
Support manufacturing investigations, create/revise operational procedures, including manufacturing work instructions, master batch records, forms, and support and handle change controls.
Work with Operations Manager to help oversee the development of production personnel, provide input on personnel performance.
Build positive relationships with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to ensure seamless execution of daily production tasks and work as part of a cross-functional team to address production issues as the first point of contact for operators on the production floor.
Support the development of manufacturing processes and work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies within cell therapy Operations.
Participate in various department projects and handle challenging priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Participate in production runs in critical situations when needed. Supervisors should be qualified in the process they provide oversight to, to better understand Team challenges
In the event production runs past shift end time a supervisor will be required to stay with their processing unit until Batches are completed
Qualifications:Education:
Minimum of an Associate's, Vocational, Technical/Trade, or equivalent degree/certificate is required; Bachelor's degree or focused degree in Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

The ProductionManager reports directly to the SpeedPro Imaging studio owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the franchise's profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.
Functions:
Lead the printing and production of client orders
Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print-ready
Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and plotters
Conduct inventory and procurement*
*The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed
Graphic design services (unless outsourced)
Smaller graphic installations
Unloading/unpacking deliveries to the studio
Vehicle inspections and measurements; performing site surveys
Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
Utilization of CoreBridge software for estimates/quotes
Ideal candidates will also possess:
2+ years of designing/working with vehicle graphics and templates
Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
Compensation: $30,000.00 per year

Qualifications
Skills & Experiences Required:
10-15 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a productionmanagement role.
Strong background in manufacturing / shop operations to include; custom cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, metal or related manufacturing.
High technical proficiency with spreadsheets (advanced formulas, dashboards, data modeling).
Experience managing KPIs, MES/ERP systems, and production scheduling tools.
Experience managing multiple production shifts.
Demonstrated success overseeing multiple supervisors and large production teams.
Proven ability to identify production bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and optimize flow.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and machine utilization strategies.
