Food industry experience preferred. Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical abilities. Proficient in computer software (spreadsheets, databases, word processing). Deep technical knowledge of equipment, products, and manufacturing processes. Self-motivated, results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of HACCP, safety, GMP, SQF, and AIB regulations. (SAP experience a plus) Hands-on work ethic with the ability to travel occasionally.
