Primary Responsibilities:
· Perform key role in project planning, budgeting and execution of project.
· See project through from start to finish.
· Prepare, monitor, maintain and update monthly construction schedule and assign appropriate personnel reports on a timely basis.
· Construction document management: submittals, transmittals, change orders, request for proposals, requests for information and close out documents.
· Understanding / implementation of safety practices and compliance with not only corporate policy, but OSHA and other governing agencies to ensure a safe work environment to various phases of the project.
· Oversee, anticipate and coordinate the flow of construction to ensure project stays on schedule
· Manage project staff, subcontractors, and operations to maximize productivity and profit goals.
· Establish process of quality control and administration.
· Accurately track and account for all material and equipment on site.
Desired Qualifications:
· Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management,

equivalent Construction Management experience
· 5+ years of experience preferred
· Ground Up Experience with project sizes between 10-60 million.
· Commercial Construction Experience preferred.
· Understanding of building systems, design, construction and related management strategies.
· Ability to expedite complex projects and complete multiple assignments within time constraints.
· Capacity to lead, motivate and manage personnel.
· Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Project or Primavera).
· Effective time management and logical decision making skills.
· Strong focus on quality and detail
· Ability to clearly understand and interpret project drawings and specifications
· Professional level writing skills appropriate for correspondence, reports and responses to various customers.
· Valid driver's license
· Excellent communication skills

Develop a keen focus on customer service and proactive communication across the team
Partner with the engineering team to ensure proper drawings and designs are being used during the manufacturing process
Purchase material/services to successfully operate the facility
Successfully hire, supervise, orient, train and retain operations/product staff
Promote and maintain a clean workplace that is “tour-ready” at all times
Ability to read drawings, plan production tasks from those drawings, and coach employees to produce product correctly
Ability to operate some of the standard tools on the plant floor such as overhead cranes, hand tools, batch plant, etc. While the Plant Manager will not be asked to operate these things continuously, having some of these skills will make him/her a better coach and troubleshooter
Be a leader and coach leadership. Motivate crews during morning huddles. Lead effective Mid-Day meetings. Coach Leads on how to set expectations on a whiteboard and have them followed. Lead inventory counts. Promote safety best practices in meetings with other Plant Managers
Perform any other duties as assigned by the General Manager as deemed appropriate and necessary by them
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience working in a leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment
Experience with precast/concrete or building materials is a plus
Proven track record of developing, leading and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset at the plant
Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the day in a production/plant environment subject to areas that are unheated and/or non-air conditioned
Ability to work with computer as necessary (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AX)
Ability to lead and direct other individuals and work with other group leaders
Compensation
This role has a base salary range of $100,000 to $130,000/year + 15% annual bonus

Purpose and Scope
The Aseptic Supervisor performs activities related to supporting the injectable team, while ensuring that products are made with quality for our patients. Supervises and coordinates shift production activities and related staffing, scheduling and planning in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities

Actively supervises and manages the performance of hourly manufacturing employees in the aseptic manufacturing group.
Conducts interviews and makes hiring decisions on hourly employees.
Ensures open and transparent communication to the hourly employees about company priorities, policies and general company announcements.
Identifies, proposes and sees through process improvements and optimizations of the aseptic manufacturing processes.
Conducts employee performance evaluations
Reviews and approves direct report timesheets.
Communicates and sets daily production priorities with Process Leads and hourly employees.
The Manufacturing Supervisor oversees the work of the Process Lead who conducts or coordinates the on-process training, including line orientation and risk review, of all new team members or those transferring.
The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the training progress and readiness to work independently of all direct reports.
Ensures production team's adheres to all quality standards and specifications.
Create, revise and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Production Batch Records.
Performs Batch Record review, including prioritization, reviewing corrections, and following up to ensure timely completion.
Perform Transactions in the Inventory Control Systems ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems. on a timely basis.
Performs Investigations, and CAPA implantations for non-conforming events.
Pre-approves expiration dates on batch records prior to manufacturing.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Special Skills and Knowledge
Mastered knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) as they relate to production packaging activities.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours or more).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adhere to written production records and validation protocols.
Strong understanding of basic math and writing skills to document production activities in batch records and/or log books.
Excellent attention to detail for documentation in production documents and to compare produced goods against specified requirements.
Capability to operate on a fast-paced manual assembly line using basic production equipment.
Ability to legibly complete required documentation.
Technical ability to assemble and disassemble filling equipment.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Supports management's decisions and communicates change positively
Maintains open and constructive dialogue with other leaders

Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
3 or more years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Specific training in cGMP is desired
Working Conditions
Shift work in a manufacturing.
May require overtime.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual pay range $83,000 - $88,000 depending on experience
Shift differential 10%
