Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.

Communicate operational issues and performance metrics with the Plant Manager and leadership team.

Lead hiring, onboarding, and mentoring staff from diverse backgrounds.

Experience/Requirements:

What You Will Do
Production & Field Leadership

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Ops Manager / Manufacturing Manager, this position is responsible for leading a complete operational process to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials on equipment run according to schedule. · Utilizes effective leadership skills in a manner to achieve proper motivation, performance, reward, respect, and accountability for all operational resources.
· Coordinate and lead 6S activities, promote a culture of discipline to maintain all 6S on a daily basis.
· Ensures the use of data-driven improvements within the facility.
