JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager of Family Brands Packaging is responsible for collaboratively managing the operational process to efficiently execute Stater Bros. Markets own brand product packaging while maintaining focus on strategic guidelines and related economic factors.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as steward for Stater Bros. Markets Family of Brands product portfolio; supporting the brand promise, brand vision, brand positioning, and brand architecture to achieve overall short-term and long-term business goals

Provide supplier costs for individual packaging label design projects, serving as the accountable and responsible resource and point of contact for financial inquiries, requirements, invoice, and reporting
Own the efficient workflow and execution of processes related to the submission of packaging samples to Syndigo (or similar partner) for syndication
Collaborate with Category Management on new product innovation strategies and the impact on the overall product packaging plan
Develop and own the training process of and any tools related to packaging workflows for internal and external resources
Manage the administration and planning of the own brand portfolio management strategic meetings on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
Five (5) plus years of related Grocery or CPG experience
Two (2) plus years proven experience directing work in a large-scale project management capacity
Proficient in all Microsoft applications
Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately on a regular basis

Partner with PD on seasonal handovers to continue to streamline the process and set up our vendors for success in production, both in quality and timeliness.
Initiate seasonal pre-production pass-off with import factories, ensuring clear and effective communication on approvals and follow-up action items.
Work closely with the Senior Production Manager and PD to ensure a streamlined and accurate costing process.

Production Manager Job 4 miles from Orange
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing activities and ensure maximum productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and cost standards. This role will support process development, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement efforts to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Foster a Zero Incident Safety Culture and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Implement continuous improvement processes and empower employees to optimize work practices.
Lead daily production operations and prioritize tasks to meet delivery goals.
Coach and develop staff and handle staffing and training needs.
Lead daily and weekly meetings to address performance and operational issues.
Monitor production metrics and communicate updates to management and teams.
Manage cross-functional communication and collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Engineering).
Ensure workplace organization and adherence to 5S standards.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or a High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
Must be available for 2nd shift (1:45 PM - 10:15 PM).
Must reside within 50 miles of the Santa Ana, CA facility.
U.S. work authorization required.
