Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

Participate in internal audits and external regulatory inspections as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within a food, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical manufacturing environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, HACCP, and safety protocols.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
Experience working with batch production systems, ERP platforms, and quality documentation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
Previous experience in gummy manufacturing strongly preferred.
