The Senior Tooling Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the Tool Room Group in areas including new mold and component construction, lifecycle asset management, and machining. This role drives long-term business objectives by clearly defining goals through data and metrics and actively practices strong leadership, change management, project management, technical skills, and standardization of the department. OVERVIEW: The Manufacturing Injector Cleanroom Lead reporting to the Injector Cleanroom Supervisor will focus on fully understanding the company's technology and the processes necessary to manufacture it.
