Analyzes and edits complex measurement data for use in revenue allocation and for management review of performance. Requires a high level of accuracy and is responsible for the compilation, review, and transfer of final volumetric and compositional analysis data to revenue accounting and other revenue driven departments (i.e. marketing and commercial). Internal and external customer interaction is required. Provides not only a key role in the responsibility of analyzing and editing complex data and completing a variety of special projects, but provides work direction for assigned Analysts. Completes all essential function of a Measurement Analyst III in addition to recommending, developing and conducting training of all measurement staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Compiles, edits and balances monthly volumetric.
Transmits volumes to various internal and external sources
Troubleshoots measurement deficiencies with supervisor, field personnel, and accounting groups.
Sets up new meter stations in measurement calculation system to insure volumes are calculated in accordance to contractual and industry guidelines.
Determines the appropriate placement of new and existing meters in physical flow balances.
Reviews meter calibrations with-in Test-it and applies volume correction per contract for current month measurement data and issue PPA's when warranted.
Reviews on-line gas chromatograph data for accuracy and completeness. Notifies field personnel of unit failure or tolerance exceptions.
Reviews Ultrasonic Meter (USM) data for accuracy and completeness. Review s USM log files and compares to history to identify possible performance degradation.
Manages liquid meter data, volumetric, ticketing, meter factors, etc. within FC. Files documents.
Develops a working knowledge and understanding of gas measurement. Resolves measurement and quality exceptions in the exception resolver. Manages monthly balance closing.
Develops and provides training to measurement analysts and other company personnel as needed. Acts as first point of contact for measurement analysts before escalating questions to measurement manager.

Experience and Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree in business, management or engineering preferred.
Leadership experience preferred.
Knowledge of SOX Measurement Requirements required.
Five (5) years measurement experience preferred.
Five (5) years oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
Knowledge of current AGA, GPA and API standards and guidelines required.
Strong knowledge of gas analysis calculations.
Full understanding of liquid to mcf/mmbtu conversions and calculations.
Skills:
Mid-level to advanced Excel spreadsheet applications including both mathematical and functionality formulas, multi-page workbooks, experienced with Microsoft Word is preferred.
Strong math and analytical abilities, ten-key by touch.
Excellent communication skills including listening and comprehension are required.
Organized and deadline oriented with flexibility to multitask.
Must be comfortable with questioning or answering questions for all issues that are not understood.
A willingness to learn and grow with the position is essential.
Must be very detail orientated.

The Plant General Manager (Plant GM) is responsible for all production, distribution, and maintenance activities in the Plant. The facility must be operated in a profitable, safe and quality conscious manner, meeting or exceeding all customer specifications, regulatory requirements of Federal, State and Local governments, as well as certifications as needed. This position also assists the purchasing department with quality issues; establishes and reviews sampling plans; interviews, hires, and trains QA personnel; assists with continuous product development; authorizes the release of raw materials and finished goods; and maintains plant documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all products are made and packaged according to Standard Operating Procedures and conform to customer or company specifications.
• Maintain orientation and training procedures to ensure that all new and existing employees understand their tasks and the machines used.
• Oversee management of all quality and food safety initiatives.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures including Kaizen and root cause analysis to reduce waste and increase productivity. This includes direct intervention by Plant GM in the case of more than 10% waste of a production run.
• Verify and improve capacities and scheduling requirements for maintaining at or below budget costs for labor and materials. Waste variance at less than 10% on all products unless equipment failure or natural disaster occurs beyond the control of Plant GM.
• Recommend capital expenditures whenever “pay-back” analysis is at or under 24 months
• Ensure that all staff are trained in Good Manufacturing Practices as defined by the USDA and that all Company SOP's are in accordance as well
• Maintain lot tracking and recall systems
• Maintain HACCP plan in conjunction with QA/QC
• Ensure that all labeling is in accordance with USDA rules.
• Pass all regulatory inspections from USDA and local entities relating to the production for food products
• Manage the facility to be in compliance with OSHA regulations (Lock out/Tag out, Safety, MSDS).
• Administrate company policies for food safety (hand washing, hair nets, jewelry and uniforms).
• Maintain positive employee morale.
• Manage the facility with progressive discipline for attendance, safety, product quality, attitude, harassment, etc.
• Oversee Maintenance Department to ensure equipment is safe and operates at an up-time percentage of 98%.
• Verify that Preventative Maintenance is being performed as required and that proper procedures and lubricants are utilized.
• Develop annual budges with CFO and operate cost centers with less than 5% negative variance.

Title: Lead Estimator
Position Overview:
Staff position at our office in Rosharon Tx. Work under the direction of an estimating manager to generate complete proposals from receipt of RFQ to proposal submittal.
Position Responsibilities:
Preparation of proposals including cost, technical, and commercial responses.
Generate technical submittals required by client.
Complete accurate manual takeoffs of civil, concrete, piping, equipment, & steel.
Correctly interpret specifications for material and labor pricing purposes.
Apply Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) elements to estimate as required by client and as necessary for future use once awarded.
Contact subcontractors, suppliers, and specialty services for quotes.
Attend pre-bid meetings in client facilities.
Assist in schedule preparation and analysis, execution plan development, and risk analysis.
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or other equivalent discipline.
A minimum of 3+ years relevant estimating experience.
General knowledge of civil, structural, and/or piping craft scopes of work.
Skilled in piping material and labor quantity takeoff.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.

Job Title: Commissioning Supervisor
The Commissioning Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all commissioning activities of the Project, including Cold and Hot tests, network performance tests, and all tasks associated with the Acceptance Tests Certification Milestone and Substantial Completion. The role ensures that commissioning processes are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory, contractual, and quality requirements. The position reports to the Site Supervisors Coordinator and to the Quality Management Team (part of the Owner's staff).
An electrical engineer with experience in control and protection systems is highly valued. Knowledge of ERCOT regulations is required.
Key Responsibilities
Commissioning Planning & Supervision
Supervise and coordinate Cold and Hot commissioning tests for all project systems and equipment.
