The Dairy Production Specialist position is a specialized role that is primarily aligned to our largest, most progressive dairy producer customers. The position requires the individual to have a high degree of experience and insights regarding reproduction, genetics, transition cow management and calving production practices. To be effective in the role, the individual must have in-depth product expertise, an advanced financial understanding of the key health traits and their impact on dairy profitability. The position will require an in-depth technical understanding of genetics and the impact it has on milk production, milk components, reproduction, herd health and overall profitability. The position will require an in-depth working knowledge of dairy records systems and dairy data. The position will require the individual to work as part of an account team; so, communication, collaboration and teamwork are essential skills for the role.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Primarily calling on dairy producers and their corresponding consultants - (veterinarians, nutritionists, and the supporting influencers)
Ability to diagnose inefficiencies in process, people and protocols that cause suboptimal performance on key dairy production practices; from Transition Cow Risk Assessments, reproduction, calf, and heifer raising practices to genetics.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment, align with and influence internal and external stakeholders, and build/manage relationships at all levels of an organization.

How You'll Contribute:
The Fabrication Technician (FT) is a position responsible for performing a wide variety of installation duties on technology projects primarily in our shop build environments. Physical Demands:

responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. Robot Operator , Robot Operations Shift: 7am-3pm About 1x We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. The Role This is a hands‑on role where you will operate humanoid robots in R&D environments and, as the technology scales, in customer homes. You'll follow structured procedures to collect high‑quality data, help annotate and support robot sessions, monitor performance, report issues, and maintain safety and quality. Your work feeds directly into the AI training process and impacts how robots behave in real settings.
You Will
* Operate humanoid robots following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in lab and, later, residential settings
* Accurately collect data consistent with internal quality standards
* Annotate and label collected data using internal tools to support AI model training
* Support active robot sessions: stage environments, assist in task execution, interact with the robot to ensure smooth operation
* Monitor robot performance; report clear issue logs including timestamps, video/screenshot, and task context
* As systems deploy, provide in‑home support with professionalism and clear communication
* Adhere to all safety guidelines in lab and residential environments
* Maintain clean, clear records of completed workflows and robot/system behaviors
* Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
