Unloading bulk raw materials from rail cars
Movement of materials across the work site
Housekeeping and organization, both in the interior and exterior plant environment

What You Will Do

Fill out count summaries, work orders, and labels accurately and legibly. Verify lot numbers with work order and container.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Directly work with the Production Lead/Supervisor to ensure that the bar and/or granola lines are running properly
Operate production line equipment including, but not limited to, industrial mixers, scales, printer labelers, ovens, cooling tunnels, high-speed packaging machinery and various other equipment related to food production
Accurately measure and prepare food ingredients by following written recipes
Ensure packaging materials are set up according to customer specifications
Perform sanitation of production equipment, parts, and the surrounding environment
Accurately record documentation to verify compliance with all required quality specifications and procedure checks for the assigned area
Report all safety concerns immediately to direct supervisor(s) upon discovery
Troubleshoot machinery as needed
