General responsibilities include assembling, filling, labeling, and kitting small light-weight products in a manufacturing laboratory environment. Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor automated fill/finish and auto-fill line equipment to ensure accurate dispensing, consistent output, and adherence to production specifications.
Conduct in-process inspections (e.g., fill volume, labeling, packaging) and escalate any deviations or equipment irregularities.
Set up, calibrate, and maintain auto-fill lines, including performing routine preventive maintenance and resolving mechanical or control-system issues to minimize downtime.
Performing Manual tasks such as bottle filling and device assembly, pouching, labeling, and kitting.
Adhere to and accurately complete production documentation.
Perform set-ups, changeovers, and cleanups of work areas.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Assistance with warehouse order picking, packing, and general warehousing.
Required Skills:
Experience operating or supporting automated production, fill/finish, or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment setup (change parts, calibrations, line adjustments).

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Operator performs functions relating to the processing of drug products, ensuring product compliance to established current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), customer requirements and in conjunction with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Follows standard procedures to complete tasks, some of which may vary in scope, sequence, complexity, and timing. Applies skills and knowledge to recognize issues and to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality. Understands and runs processes to meet the assigned standards/routers and fulfills the assigned schedule; when these are not achieved, participates in the debrief to understand the reasons why and what needs to be corrected moving forward. Production Operator Trainee - Operator I
Pay rate: $18 - $22 / hour
Production Operator II - III (Skilled Operators)- must have OSD Manufacturing experience
Pay rate: $22 - 33 / hour (Flexible based on experience)
Key Accountabilities:
Operates pharmaceutical production machinery and follows the procedures for manufacturing such as weighing, blending, dispensing, mixing, pellet coating, granulating, drying, milling, blending, compressing, Encapsulating, Coating, potent compound, etc. Meets the requirements for use of manufacturing equipment and other commonly used equipment per SOPs.
Executes written SOPs to ensure the purity of materials involved in the manufacturing process.
Properly uses all scales, including printouts, zeroing, setting tares, and daily calibration verification per SOPs.
Examines manufacturer Product ID Labels, Quality Control release tags, and Batch Production Record to verify issued/staged raw materials can be released for production.
Cleans manufacturing equipment and facilities according to established SOPs.
Executes machine changeovers from batch to batch.
May sample batches for quality testing. Executes required in-process product quality checks and documents accurately.
Understands and runs processes to meet the assigned schedule and standards/routers; when this is not achieved, participates in the debrief to understand the reasons why and what needs to be corrected moving forward.
Documentation:
Completes documentation associated with manufacturing processes (e.g. batch record, protocols, and logbooks) with detail and accuracy.
Meets requirements for entries on all applicable Batch Production pages, completion and attachment of all dispensary and weight verification tickets.
Verifies the manufacturing process on BPR in an accurate and timely manner.
Provides status updates and operational challenges on status boards.
Continuous Improvement:
Assists in troubleshooting process issues; refers deviations from standard procedure to the supervisor.
Typically participates in at least one continuous improvement project of a moderate scope and complexity.
Safety & Compliance:
Adheres to all cGMP compliance/regulatory mandates and quality requirements.
Participates in safety teams, start-up discussions, incident debriefing sessions, etc.
Ensures compliance with SOPs, policies and procedures as required by the Company and regulatory agencies.
Maintain a clean, organized, work area.
Training:
Conforms to all training requirements, including company required and machine-specific training.

Requirements
- Trainee - Level I Operator:
HS diploma, GED or College Associate Degree
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a labor intensive environment
Forklift certification preferred.
Ability to communicate and comprehend English language both verbally and written
- Level II Operator (OSD/Solid Dose Manufacturing expereince required):
HS diploma, GED or College Associate Degree
Minimum of 3-7 years of OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP) experience
Forklift certification preferred.
- Level III Operator (OSD/Solid Dose Manufacturing expereince required):
HS Diploma, GED or College Associate Degree
Minimum 7+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing (cGMP) experience and certification in assigned area, as required or proficiency demonstrated in competencies as required.

Strong background in solid dose manufacturing (OSD)

Solid working knowledge and skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment needed for the position.

Responsibilities
Skills Required:
Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance according to company standards on production equipment consisting of fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts
Record the following: preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, production output and other key metrics
Adhere to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participate in safe behavior observation programs
Communicate effectively when issues arise that prevent operating to company standards/procedures
Meet or exceed performance metrics including efficiency, production, and downtime
Perform mathematical calculations as needed
Ensure quality product is sent to customers by completing hourly quality checks
Inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading them
Interact with team members from various departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, etc.) to maximize output and efficiency
Attend shift, team, and plant meetings during their scheduled times
Measure and continuously improve the line operation as a team and with other technicians
Crosstrain in other areas to support operations during downtimes
Maintain your workstation in an organized and clean manner ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices
Focus on safe work practices and high quality while executing duties with a sense of urgency
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred
Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings
Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
Ability to work on your own and with a team
Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio
Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus
Forklift experience is preferred, but we are able to train new associates
Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day
Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature

Key Responsibilities
The Transaction Processing Specialist II will be responsible for a variety of mailroom and data capture duties, including:
Mail Processing & Sorting:
Operating high-speed Opex P40 mail sorter and Opex envelopener equipment.
Performing physical sorting of mail into corresponding lockbox mail bins.
Handsorting mis-sorted mail and other documents as assigned.
Scanning & Data Capture:
Conducting inbound scanning and delivery of receipted mail.
Operating high/low speed capture equipment for transaction processing.
Handling exceptions and similar activities related to document imaging.
General Duties:
Performing basic data entry and utilizing computer applications.
Completing required accuracy and compliance testing.
Performing clerical tasks as needed and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Must have basic data entry skills and working computer knowledge.
Ability to operate mail sorting and opening equipment (training provided on specific models).
Must be able to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 10 lbs.

Laddawn has manufacturing facilities located from coast to coast, which allows us to rapidly ship to our customers no matter where they are located. You'll help us inspect and package finished product that wows our customers.
What you'll be doing:
· Packaging bags\/rolls into boxes, weighing the boxes, and keeping accurate counts in the computer system.
· Performing quality control checks on product and ensuring that all products are properly labeled with a Q.C. sticker before stacking finished product.
· Keeping the work area clean and clutter free: picking up scrap materials around the production lines and cutting scrap off cores.
· Alerting Setup Technicians or Changeover Technicians using the light system to keep them informed of production status.
Scheduling
Production workers are scheduled 12 hours per day, 4 days per week, and work every other weekend.
Day shift is scheduled from 8am\-8pm. Night shift is scheduled from 8pm\-8am.
