QUALIFICATIONS FOR MACHINE OPERATOR
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to apply basic math skills

Temp 1st Shift Machine Operator - Plant 5 ***Must Pass Tape Measure test*** Job Title: machine Operator Department: Machines Reports to: Floor Supervisor The machine Operator will perform proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories to be sued on a project. They must be able to perform assigned job duties on time and according to design specifications and work instructions.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup and operation:
- Set up machines according to specifications, including adjusting setting and loading materials.
- Operate assigned machinery safely and effectively to produce high-quality products.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions.
2. Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Take corrective action as needed to address any deviations from quality requirements.
- Document quality control data and report any non-conformities to supervisors.
3. Production Monitoring:
- Monitor production output and efficiency, making adjustments to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

Education & Experience:

Physical Requirements:
- Must have the ability to lift, climb, push, and pull as needed.
