Public Interactions: The Field Operator role is very much the "human face" of RIVR as it is likely to be the most common way that members of the public will interact with our robots. Therefore professionally handling different situations and interactions with members of the public in live operations is a key responsibility of the role. Data & Feedback: As we are building and scaling operations in Austin, a requirement of this role is to collect data and feedback from the field and communicate this to various internal teams with the view to improve operational efficiency, safety and value for our partners. Varia: Assisting with the onsite team to build and scale the Austin operations by helping out with hub-based tasks and offering support when needed to technical and remote operations teams when required. Primarily looking for swing and night shifts, working at least 5 days a week, 8-10-hour shifts, and must work overtime depending on business needs. This is an 18-month assignment.
