The Manufacturing Technician supports daily production of dietary supplement products, including equipment operation, process monitoring, and quality assurance under cGMP guidelines. You will troubleshoot equipment and process issues, perform routine cleaning and changeovers, assist with batch record documentation, and uphold safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements specific to dietary supplements. Responsibilities Support daily production runs: monitor equipment, assist with setup/changeovers, and ensure production targets are met while adhering to quality and safety standards for dietary supplements. Operate and troubleshoot processing equipment as assigned; perform routine cleaning, calibration checks, adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance to maintain optimum performance. Verify product quality and process parameters; document observations, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with batch records and SOPs. Follow batch records, SOPs, sanitation procedures, and line clearance; ensure proper material reconciliation and traceability of all finished products. Maintain accurate production documentation, including lot codes, run times, temperatures, humidity (if applicable), and changeover records. Ensure proper labeling, packaging integrity, and traceability of finished goods; confirm correct lot codes and expiration dating where applicable. Support cGMP compliance and safety programs; promote a clean and safe work environment; report any food-safety or product-safety concerns. Monitor line performance metrics (OEE, yield, scrap, downtime, changeover times) and implement improvements to optimize throughput while maintaining quality. Coordinate with QA, Quality Systems, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to resolve issues and optimize throughput within regulatory requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (kaizen, lean) to reduce downtime, optimize changeovers, and minimize waste. Participate in safety briefings, risk assessments, and incident investigations; support corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed. Assist with training of new technicians and operators on equipment operation, standard work, and quality requirements. Maintain inventory accuracy for packaging materials, labels, raw materials, and finished goods. Skills/Qualification Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or associate degree in manufacturing, packaging, food science, or related field preferred. Experience: 2-5 years in food packaging operations or manufacturing; supervisory or team-leading experience preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of food packaging processes, labeling, serialization/traceability, allergen controls, and line clearance procedures; familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SQF/ISO 22000 or other food safety standards. Technical: Proficiency with packaging equipment (cartoners, case packers, printers/labelers, shrink wrap); basic PLC/SCADA understanding is a plus. Quality & Compliance: Excellent attention to detail; ability to interpret SOPs, batch records, allergen controls, and quality specifications. In this role you will be supporting development, production, quality, and continuous improvement efforts relating to the manufacturing of space hardware (cameras, cables & harnesses, electrical boxes, power distribution systems, etc.) Responsibilities Fabrication and validation of critical flight hardware, including mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, and flight Ground Support Equipment; per associated flight drawings, procedures, quality standards and internal training. Assist engineers in flight / prototype hardware manufacture / test infrastructure development, documentation of assembly, test procedures and other specified tasks. Identify and communicate non-conformances to engineering and quality assurance. Work with facilities and maintenance to ensure that production equipment is maintained and repaired in a timely manner. The Role FoodMaven is seeking a Production Operator who is interested in getting in on the ground level of an exciting startup with a big mission. The Production Operator will be responsible for running multiple pieces of equipment to produce meat products as well as assist with packaging the product. Key Responsibilities include: Run meat processing equipment to include dicers, grinders and patty makers. Operate packaging equipment to include Cryovac and Multivac machines. Performs equipment maintenance tasks (PM'S, Troubleshoot, repair, etc.), where applicable. QC all products to ensure that quality is being maintained daily. Maintain accurate production documentation as required. Maintain a clean work environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with all facets of meat production. Must be able to communicate production status, communicate problems to proper personnel and understand how it affects other aspects of the operation. Ability to properly follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work proactively and support other personnel and departments. Ability to work in a temperature controlled (cold) environment for long periods of time. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Familiarity with meat production equipment, specifically grinders, patty makers, custom butcher cuts, dicing and packaging to include Cryovac and Multivac machines.
