Responsibilities include performing inspections, sorting goods, maintaining productivity at standard line speed, and performing rework and clean-up tasks. The role requires meeting daily production targets, ensuring quality and quantity accuracy, adhering to GMPs and SOPs, assisting in training new workers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Other duties as assigned.What you will do Work on assembly line in production of finished goods and Work in Process (WIP), following Standard Operating Procedures. Perform on-line and off-line inspections and sort goods. Required to maintain productivity at standard line speed. Perform rework, inspections and clean up assignments when not assigned to line. Maintain clean work area. Responsible for meeting daily production requirements when packing or inserting materials. Maintain quality standards by performing visual inspections to ensure finished goods conform to quality standards ensuring finished goods are packaged correctly. Ensure quantities of packaged finished goods are accurate. Consistently contribute to team productivity by performing duties properly and in a timely manner. Responsible and accountable for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in training new workers. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by complying with plant procedures, rules and regulations. Perform all duties in a safe manner using proper tools and wearing appropriate protective equipment as required. Some duties may slightly vary by location.
