We are seeking a Process Technician to support operations at a single manufacturing site and across customer locations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding of new jobs, validating processes handed off by R\&D, and maintaining sustainable production practices. Additionally, the Process Technician will provide technical support to ensure products remain in spec, lead quality and efficiency improvements, and assist with new product development initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Job Onboarding: Lead the introduction of new products or jobs into production, ensuring readiness and alignment with plant capabilities.

Customer Interaction: Support customer and MCC-sponsored new product development projects; participate in coater trials and customer visits, occasionally requiring on-site work across shifts.
Quality Oversight: Maintain lab/testing equipment and calibrations; initiate raw material complaints (SNAR), track corrective actions, and manage quality holds.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience); 2- or 4-year degree or 2-4 years of related experience/training acceptable.
Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in labels or similar industries.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Math skills (including Algebra) and knowledge of printing/converting materials and technologies.
Excellent communication and training skills; ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to travel for internal and customer visits and trials.
Other Considerations:
Occasional lifting of rolls/samples up to 40-45 lbs.
Work around coating and slitting equipment; safety shoes may be required.

Rewinder Operators and Techs are essential to the finishing stages of our Production process. Operators utilize a Celli/Rewinder machine to slit and rewind large rolls of our non-woven materials into smaller rolls for transportation to our customers around the world. Operators must understand the various cores used and the different specifications for all product rolls, while taking care to monitor for any defects, wrap rolls with high quality, and apply labels to the rolls with correct details.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of the sequential Control Logic that oversees the operation of the line
Understand the different classifications of cores used, such as core thickness, core diameter etc.
Know all the specifications used to define the product rolls such as length, weight, diameter.
Utilize the Avanti software to log in specific details and product specifications.
Actively watch the material running to identify any defects; must be able to identify the various types of defects.
Responsible for flagging sections of jumbo with any defects or issues using proper color code.
Operate an overhead crane and vertical wrapper.
Change shaft extractors for respective core diameters used.
Correctly set knives; must know how to adjust and replace knives as needed.
Carry out functions of the wrapper i.e. set Film Tension, replace Shrink Wrap into Carrier, thread wrapper.
Read and interpret information on labels; apply labels onto rolls.
Identify the different colors of labels and understand the significance of each type.
Utilize appropriate cardboard side covers for final product (rolls).
Distinguish between an FDA Product and non-FDA product and follow proper FDA rules and protocols when applicable.
Collect standard samples and for QA testing.
Add re-feed to the machines as needed.
Perform manual/automatic operations of the Rewinder.
Read, fill and understand Operator Panel.
Know parts and locations of Celli operating devises, such as alarms and lock system.
Initiate E-Stops under necessary usage conditions.
Work across multiple lines, as needed.
Perform routine maintenance procedures.
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and utilize proper PPE.
Keep work station clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work in a hot/non-climate controlled environment
Must be able to stand for 12-hour shift on hard surfaces
Must be able to perform extensive walking; climbing multiple stairs throughout the shift

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply indoor silo requirements through operation of bulk bag dump stations.
Manage indoor silo inventories through use of process computer systems.
Receive and unload bulk raw materials per established procedures.
Complete and process receiving, inventory, clean down, safety, shift tie-in, and other related documentation in a clear, accurate, and timely manner.
Perform routine and changeover sanitation tasks within AIB, GMP, lockout/tagout, and confined space entry guidelines.

Assemble goody barrels and operate Manual Weigh and AZO Database PC's and peripherals.
Match goody barrel contents, manual weigh ticket, and bag dump prompt to correct batch.
Production PC operation, monitoring, and problem solving.
Visually examine mixes for cross contamination, color, saturation, lumps, and other key attributes or defects.
Supply manual weigh and bag dump stations with a sufficient supply of the right ingredients.
Automatic and manual manipulation of various process equipment and devices.
Lift 100 lbs. and move 400 lbs. using proper lifting techniques and devices.
Frequently climb multiple flights of stairs, walk, crawl, stand and sit.

Job DescriptionTITLE: Machine Operator /Operator RESPONSIBILITES:
Remove part from machine or conveyor; inspect part, trim or mill to customer specifications, and pack part to packaging instructions.
Responsible to work per schedule and have prior approvals before working any overtime.
Record scrap or non-conforming product on Control Sheet and place in appropriate containers.
