Job Purpose
Executes assigned production tasks in accordance with procedures, to ensure right levels of HSE, Quality, Service and costs.
Key Responsibilities
* Performs daily tasks, processes data collection and administration tasks as per procedures and control systems.
* Reports safety, quality, or other issues related to products or warehouse processes to the Team Leader / Warehouse Supervisor / Warehouse Manager.
* Ensures all warehouse targets are met while ensuring the appropriate quality standards are maintained.
* Use SAP to keep warehouse inventory updated and accurate.
* Provide updates by email and SAP reports to the management team.
* Appropriately addresses human resources issues, such as attendance or discipline

* Coordinate and assign priorities and tasks to operators and ensure completion

Job Requirements
* Ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and safety guidelines
* Ability to pass the forklift test and obtain forklift certification
* Ability to operate a forklift, following all operating instructions effectively and efficiently
* Ability to read and apply accurate labels
* Ability to measure and weigh accurately
* Ability to lift and handle containers such as 5-gallon pails up to 75 lbs, 60 lb bags of pigment or maneuvering drums up to 600 lbs

Primary Role:
Respond to service calls as needed.

Communicate with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met.

Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

1. Executive: Manage Customer Satisfaction
a. Notify crew chief of customer needs and concerns.
• Communicate with crew chief regarding customer needs and successfully meet those needs.
• Report any complaints about the performance of services.
2. Production: Production Processes and Jobsite Support
a. Adhere to 1-4-8 job response.
• Provide personnel availability for response to emergency services as required by SERVPRO response commitment.
b. Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions.
•. Inventory and load the van with equipment, products, and supplies needed for jobs.
• Set up staging area and equipment for each job. • Prepare rooms for cleaning processes.
• Follow EZ Production Guidelines for all production processes. • Assist the crew chief and other production personnel.
• Perform end-of-job/end-of-day cleanup and breakdown.
c. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
• Show respect for customer's home/property.
d. Follow SERVPRO uniform policy.
e. Develop production expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Participate in training activities on a regular basis.
• Seek certification through the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP) and relevant Institute of Inspection,
Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) certifications.
• Enroll in all relevant training programs and achieve all relevant production certifications.
• Read equipment and product directions and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to learn correct usage and application.
• Learn how to properly operate equipment by reading owner's manuals and from training with other team members.

The Operator is responsible for operating a given number of plastic blow molding machines (including in-line equipment), and makes necessary adjustments or minor repairs to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient and high quality manner.
**Responsibilities**
The primary duties of an Operator include:
+ Understands, follows and enforces all established safety, health, quality GMP and Company policies, procedures and recognized practices.

+ Participate in continuous quality improvement projects and other related activities as assigned
+ Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment producing a container in a safe and high quality method.

+ Perform basic processing of injection and/or blow molding machines to improve machine efficiency and reduce scrap.

+ Make frequent on time quality checks on products being produced from established quality standards.

Extraction: Support extraction processes, including operating extraction equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient production of cannabis concentrates.
Lab Work: Assist with lab-related tasks, including the preparation and testing of samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Packaging: Assist with the packaging of cannabis products, including labeling, weighing, and sealing products for distribution.
