Job Summary:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will operate, monitor, and troubleshoot complex equipment to ensure production requirements are consistently met. You'll collaborate with engineers, quality specialists, and leadership teams on setup, calibration, testing, and rework while maintaining compliance with established safety and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to continuous improvement, and develop technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and promote a safe work environment, addressing hazards promptly.
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure consistent production quality.
Interpret schematics and blueprints to perform accurate calibration.
Perform inspections, testing, and rework of parts, subassemblies, and assemblies.
Document non-conformances and collaborate on root cause investigations.
Support Quality Standards through compliance and process accuracy.
Participate in continuous improvement and 5S workplace organization initiatives.
Manage inventory transactions and work orders using Oracle and Agile systems.
Maintain accurate training records and complete all required certifications on time.
Uphold attendance and scheduling standards, including working overtime as needed.
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred).
0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Prior experience with Oracle ERP or Agile Product Lifecycle Management.
Required Skills:

RESPONSIBILITIES DESCRIPTION

Summary of Primary Duties:
* The production operator has direct, front-line responsibility in terms of manufacturing multiple purified dyes, inks, and flush solutions in a manner, which is efficient, safe, and environmentally sound and meets all quality requirements.

Assembler
Involves performing repetitive assembly tasks to produce metal products. The primary responsibilities include:
Placing parts in the correct order, and then bolting, clipping, screwing, or cementing them together based on product specifications.
