Summary:

Operates rewind equipment to rewind and/or inspect foil.

Prepares or assists with the preparation and maintenance of accurate paperwork and records necessary to document production processes.
Reports accurate and timely product information as required.
Cleans and prepares gravure rolls and other rolls as needed for production.

Contributes suggestions for improvements to company equipment, processes, and/or products.

The Salty Packaging Machine Operator, under general supervision, is responsible for the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of packaging machinery while maintaining continuous flow of product to the packaging lines. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintains shift documentation (i.e., Metal Detector and Batch Order Verifications)
• Reads production schedule and plans accordingly.
• Reads and interprets schedule in MicroStrategy.
• Able to print labels on different printers, choosing correct program for each printer; move eye and clean printers.
• Perform nitrogen testing.
• Efficiently maintains the operation of packaging machinery by monitoring codes, dates, and prices.
• Maintains an adequate supply of roll stock and ensures all packaging materials are available for each machine.
• Set up and write new programs for bag makers.
• Writes and/or edits machine micro logic as needed to maintain an efficient and low waste operation.
• Creating and modifying code dates.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment. Sets up and makes minor scale repairs and adjustments.
• Perform span calibration and/or adjustments on scales, adjust scales linkages so it opens and shuts correctly, make minor adjustments to formers.

Job Summary: Responsible for manufacturing parts using filament winding equipment, which involves different techniques to modify glass, carbon, and other fibers to create parts and structures according to project specifications. Operates CNC machines necessary to produce products. Common activities include reading and understanding machine instructions, safety manuals, Process Specifications, and other work instructions
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops a hands-on working knowledge of winding machines, resin mixing equipment, hoists, extractor, and curing ovens and any other ancillary equipment required in the winding process
· Produce products per standard procedures, process specifications and other work instructions.
· Demonstrates consistent aptitude to meet and exceed established production goals.
· Read and understand machine instructions, safety manuals, process specifications and other documentation necessary to produce quality product.
· Set-up and tear down production machinery, validate progress of machine's work and adjust as necessary.
· Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
· Gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials needed to complete the process
· Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
· Assemble parts to match product specifications either by hand or with tools (hand tools and power tools).
· Demonstrate leadership by complying with safety programs, policies and guidelines to ensure safe, clean, orderly and productive working conditions.
· Must be highly productive with minimal guidance and supervision.
· Notify appropriate chain of command with quality or production issues, with the ability to offer solutions and suggestions on how to address the issue.

Will keep an eye (and ear) out for anything unusual - like strange noises, jams, or defective output and inspect the finished product to make sure it looks right and meets company quality standards.
Will handle simple maintenance tasks - cleaning, lubricating parts, replacing worn components, or checking oil levels - to keep the machine running well.
You may help coworkers adjust or prepare their machines, or jump in to handle general labor tasks (like loading materials or stacking finished products) to meet production goals and may occasionally be asked to handle extra tasks that support production - such as helping in another department, loading trucks, or completing paperwork.

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6am - 5pm

What You'll Do:
As a Production Technician at Curaleaf, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality cannabis products by supporting every stage of the packaging process. In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you will:
Stage products and packaging materials across production lines while performing quality assurance checks to meet daily schedules and Curaleaf's high standards
Boost operational efficiency and minimize waste by taking ownership, collaborating with the team, and communicating effectively
Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including testing, visual inspections, and precise weighing, while maintaining 100% compliance in data recording, product tracking, and secure packaging
Work quickly and efficiently to boost productivity while keeping the extraction room organized, clean, and inspection-ready
Operate efficiently while following OSHA standards, Curaleaf SOPs, and all required procedures, ensuring every product is accurately labeled and fully compliant with state regulations

You are eager to learn and can be trained on various production equipment and SOPs while consistently meeting performance expectations set by leadership

You have at least one year of manufacturing or packaging experience focused on product safety, consumer satisfaction, and delivering high-quality results
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance
Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time
Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching
Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment
Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary
Environmental Conditions
Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Safely and efficiently operate the Asphalt Transfer Machine.
Control the material transfer vehicle to ensure a continuous supply of asphalt from trucks to the paver without interrupting paving operations.
Guarantee consistent asphalt delivery to prevent segregation, maintain mat quality, and avoid cold joints.
Monitor asphalt mix temperature and quality during transfer to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with dump truck drivers and paver operators to synchronize timing and material supply.
Inspect the transfer machine before and after shifts; clean, lubricate, and report any mechanical issues.
Follow traffic control plans, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and operate equipment with an awareness of ground crew and surrounding hazards.
