Job Summary:
As Machine Technician, you'll be responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance, including all machinery, equipment, and operating systems such as controls, electrical troubleshooting, and any other issues pertaining to plant production.
Responsibilities:
Opening or closing the facility and associated properties
Working with the Facility Maintenance Manager
Supervise staff in the Maintenance department
Assist in the repair and installation of plant machinery
Assist with hands-on daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance and repair for all machinery, equipment, and tooling
Performing daily tasks including troubleshooting and repairing machinery and operating systems to ensure the smooth running of the facility
Operating a fork-lift, scissor jack, and other machinery in the moving of material or equipment
Submitting appropriate reports to the management team
Performing other duties requested by the Facilities Maintenance Manager & Factory Manager

The Laser operator is responsible for all functions related to the daily production output. This position will require the use of computers, CAD programs, basic hand tools, and measurement instruments.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Program, setup, and operate CNC Lasers, preferably AMADA
Communicate with production leads on meeting demands and following schedules
Inspect production parts for defects and quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on machinery

Requirements:
2 years minimum experience in programming and setup

Ability to read and interpret 2D prints, 3D models, and work instructions
Knowledge of sheet metal, nitrogen usage, feed rates
Ability to use basic measurement instruments to verify components meet requirements
