Schedule & Pay:
Overnight Shift: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM
The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off!
Pay: Effective hourly rate $25.74
Wage includes $20.75 base + $2.00 shift diff + $4.00 weekend premium + OT
Highlights of your role
Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to make sure they meet quality standards
Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy
Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving

Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes

POSITION SUMMARY

* Ensures that equipment in assigned area of unit operations is monitored and maintained.
* Ensures that line flow is monitored and maintained.
* Ensures that necessary level of communication is maintained with team members and support groups regarding line conditions.
* Ensures that appropriate information is entered into and extracted from MMS and WonderWare.
* Ensures that cut changes are performed as needed and per customer and company specifications.

Relevant Experience
* Must have successfully completed the Job Skill Evaluation to begin training in the position. Must complete the Structured Job Training program within recommended timeframe to remain in the position permanently.
* Must be able to demonstrate the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculate percentages to make proper adjustments and calibrations, as required.
* Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English in a manner to successfully complete job duties.
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (i.e., GRL spindles).
* Must be able to work with hazardous and corrosive chemicals in small areas.
* Must be able to use a computer and successfully navigate through various applications. Must be proficient at computer system data entry.
* Must be able to maneuver in close quarters and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks on a regular basis.
* Must be able to stand on concrete floors for long periods of time.
* Must be able to work in extreme environments (cold, hot, humid and slippery).
* Must be able to identify hazards and report to appropriate personnel.
* Must be able to demonstrate the ability to push/pull a minimum of 100 pounds (i.e., waste barrel).
