The Production Operator will be responsible for running multiple pieces of equipment to produce meat products as well as assist with packaging the product. Key Responsibilities include: Run meat processing equipment to include dicers, grinders and patty makers. Operate packaging equipment to include Cryovac and Multivac machines. Performs equipment maintenance tasks (PM'S, Troubleshoot, repair, etc.), where applicable. QC all products to ensure that quality is being maintained daily. Maintain accurate production documentation as required. Maintain a clean work environment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with all facets of meat production. Must be able to communicate production status, communicate problems to proper personnel and understand how it affects other aspects of the operation. Ability to properly follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to work proactively and support other personnel and departments.
