About The Role:
The Production Tech will be the go-to person for technical assistance across all departments. This role is essential in creating the visual and technical experience for Journey events. The Production Tech oversees the setup and execution of all production elements, ensuring that every detail aligns with our high standards. The Production Tech will coordinate the setup of lighting fixtures, manage cable runs, and ensure that all wires are securely gaff-taped for safety and aesthetics. This position will actively assist with audio, photo, and video setups, working closely with the entire production team to maintain a seamless event flow. Maintenance Technician Primary Responsibilities :
Manufacturing floor support of existing manufacturing equipment and processes; troubleshoot, repair and/or resolve issues. Perform PM on equipment. Generate spare parts list for each critical piece of equipment. Obtain pricing and lead time.

Update or create mold database. Specify PM required for each mold and create schedule. Perform PM or schedule molds for work at outside contractors.
Other general operations support:

The Encapsulation Operator is responsible for the operation and set-up of Liquid Filling machines and Banding Sealing machine in accordance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP regulations to ensure products meet applicable quality standards. The Operator is accountable for overall production line performance including safety, quality, and line efficiency. Operators must be capable of operating multiple like machines at one time and learning to operate a variety of equipment within the manufacturing area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Makes necessary machine adjustments to ensure the smooth operation of the lines for required quality and quantity.
Ensures full compliance with Company policies, procedures, GMP's and SOP's at all times. Ensures documentation such as operation logs, batch records, etc. are fully completed, signed and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensures that product meets applicable quality standards. This includes inspection for quality during operation and performing all required sampling and testing.
Performs basic and routine maintenance activities.
Cross-trains in other areas to be able to support the manufacturing process as needed.
Monitoring Disassembles, cleans/ sanitizes, and reassembles all required equipment.
Meets all safety expectations and follows all safety practices.
Maintains proper gowning and hygiene to ensure integrity of the product as per cGMP's and company policies.
Performs all other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Verify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submitted
Data entry of patient information into the computer system for tracking purposes
Meet key production metrics and quality measures to ensure timely and accurate results
Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas
Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities when required
Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
Resolve and document any problem specimens
Handle and dispose of medical and chemical waste
Comply with applicable environmental health and safety policies and procedures
Operate automated instrumentation under supervision if necessary
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior specimen processing experience is preferred
Previous experience using automated equipment is a plus
Proficient computer and typing skills
Must pass standardized color vision test
Comfortable handling human biological specimens including blood, urine and tissue samples
Ability to lift up to 30lbs, work in protective equipment and sit/stand for long periods of time
Strong eye hand coordination in order to accurately identify specimens by touch and sight
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
High level of attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work overtime when needed
