Required Experience & Skills Must-Haves Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Production Operator in solid dosage (tablets) pharmaceutical manufacturing. Hands-on experience in: Dispensing Granulation Sifting Milling Drying Encapsulation Coating Compression Cleaning activities Proficiency with cGMP solid-dosage manufacturing equipment. Ability to set up, operate, clean, and troubleshoot equipment independently. Strong understanding of SOPs, cGMP, batch records, and safety protocols. Ability to read and write in English. Job stability (no frequent job changes). Able to work with minimal supervision. Able to stand throughout an 8-hour shift. Able to lift up to 30 lbs (14 kg) unassisted.
