The Production Operator is responsible for running the ZED machine, filling tubes, and operate maintenance of the Kentex K800-MS. Responsible for general housekeeping of workstation and keeping equipment clean. What We Offer: * Pay of $17.00 per hour * Monday - Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * PPE provided * Referral bonus program * Opportunity for advancement What We're Looking For: * 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing machine operation role * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to read and interpret measurements accurately * Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs * Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team What You'll Do as a Slitter Machine Operator: * Operate the slitter machine to cut materials (e.g., tape, film, paper) to specified widths * Set up the machine per job specifications, including blade adjustments and roll alignment * Monitor the machine during operation to ensure product quality and accuracy * Inspect finished products and troubleshoot minor machine issues as needed * Maintain a clean and safe work area * Follow all company safety procedures and protocols * Complete production paperwork accurately and on time
