Squeeze Truck - load Filler Conveyor and break down reject rolls.
Linde Fork Truck - relocate pallets of rope and chemical totes.
Liner Driver Coverage
Support Liner Plant routine shutdown / start-ups with lockout tag outs and housekeeping.
Assist Liner Operator (ex. troubleshoot with Liner Operator).
Learn various types of bales in the Liner Plant: Flyleaf (FLY), Signature (SIG), Sorted White Ledger (SWL), Pie-Plate.

The Utility will be released to their assigned Production Crew once they pass the mobile equipment training - further training must be completed with Production to be qualified in any of the Operator 2 positions.
Qualifications
Be able to perform the essential physical requirements necessary for this position.
Demonstrate the ability to safely operate a Fork Truck, Squeeze Truck, Clamp Truck, and Bobcat. A valid driver's license is required.
Promotes, maintains, and enforces safety to promote an accident-free operation.

Duties and responsibilities
Selects appropriate materials, tools and fixtures for each job performed. Sets up robotic welding equipment as designed for each job. When team members are performing grinding operations grind shield (or weld helmets) are required; however, masks are optional but provided. Responsibilities for Production Technician:
Read assembly prints and determine parts to be used for builds.
Use measuring tools such as, but not limited to, digital protector, tape measure, and digital calipers
Vehicle disassembly: fluid extraction, LV battery removal, hoist operation, engine removal, cab removal, axle removal
Assembly work: using hand tools, socket wrenches, torque wrenches, screw drivers Document critical elements of the vehicle assembly such as serial numbers, torque specs, assembly revision levels.
Shop organization and assembly line modifications, keeping work area clean and organized, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications for Production Technician:
2-3 years' experience in assembly or manufacturing
Previous experience working in a specialty vehicle manufacturer, EV experience a plus.
Experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement is a plus
Problem-solving aptitude.
Ability to get along with others.
Good attendance
Previous experience in a start-up environment is a plus

Prior cutting, warehouse, manufacturing, tube mill and/or Lean/Six Sigma experience are highly desired.
The Machine Operator will follow all safety and quality procedures to efficiently perform work as assigned to meet customer requirements.
Machine Operator Duties:
Operate various equipment including Haven tube cutting machine, bundle saw, punch press and Innovo notch machine. Must be able to assure material is cut to length, punched or notched according to customer specifications.
Perform quality inspections of all material upon arrival and during the handling process.
Utilize tape measure, digital length gauge and computer system to ensure parts are produced to customer specification.
Ensure your safety and that of your co-workers by following all safety procedures and wearing all required PPE while working with associated equipment and material.
Requirements:
Experience in Haven tube cutting required.
Experience with punch press, Innovo notch, forklift driving, shipping and receiving and overhead cranes is helpful.
Must be able to work 8 to10 hour shifts, 4 to 6 days per week depending on demand
Ability to stand, bend, climb, squat and kneel continuously.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently.
Must be able to wear all required PPE at all times while performing.
