Job Summary: The Machine Operator (All Shifts) position reports to the Shift Supervisor and is responsible for operating machines in the Cup Department. This position performs duties to ensure that the machines are running smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The Machine Operator will be responsible for the following core job duties: Perform or be able to perform all duties related to cup production including producing cups, replacing rolls on parent stand, operating machine, bagging products, assembling boxes, packing products, stacking and labeling boxes. Make adjustments to machinery according to product specifications. Perform preventive and general maintenance on equipment.
