Inspect parts using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify accuracy and consistency. Adjust machine settings as needed and report mechanical issues or defects to maintenance or supervision. Follow work orders, blueprints, and standard operating procedures to ensure correct product manufacturing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety standards and PPE requirements. Record production data, complete required documentation, and communicate any issues to shift leaders. Assist with basic machine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes. Qualifications Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
