You need these qualifications
You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
You're fluent in the language of plastics, understanding the nuances of different materials and how they behave under various molding conditions.
You have a keen eye for quality control, able to spot the slightest imperfection and take corrective action.
You're comfortable with basic preventive maintenance tasks, keeping our machines in top condition.
You thrive in a team environment but are also capable of working independently during your shift.
