Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation & Production Operate and monitor production machinery including DCM, CNC, laser cutters, and straightening equipment. Perform setup, calibration, and adjustments to ensure efficient and safe operation. Load and unload parts, fixtures, and tooling as required for daily production schedules. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Knowledge of CNC, DCM, laser, or furnace operations a plus. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and use precision measuring instruments. Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and quality systems. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery. May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection. Rotating shifts and weekend work may be required.
