GENERAL PURPOSE This position is responsible for properly recognize the correct linen belonging to the account being processed. You must ensure there is no mixed, dirty, or damaged linen before feeding into the machine or hand-folding it. You must maintain a fast pace speed meeting company's expectations while practicing safety procedures. In addition, the Production Operators will help on making sure the machinery is working properly, by communicating with their leaders of any issues. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Feeding machinery with sheets, Duvets, bathrobes pillowcases, towels, tablecloths napkins, mats Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized working station. Ensure the linen being process belongs to the account assigned. Identify any damaged, dirty, or mixed linen and properly place it in the correct containers. Maintain an average of 85% or above for production based on the IT system in place. (Spindle) Must be logged into the IT system in place. (Spindle) always while working on the machine. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned. The Test Stand Operator will be responsible for testing Sun Hydraulics' high-performance cartridge valves through documented test procedures ensuring functionality of valves and adherence to engineering specification. Communicate with the Production Shift Supervisor to coordinate production line support staff in accomplishing the lines' objectives. Verify material usage per standards Perform minor troubleshooting and programming on the line. Notify leads and supervisors of any major problems or questions. Operate equipment to minimize the generation and maximize the consumption of regrind, purge and scrap within customer specifications where applicable. Properly identify regrind and chunk produced.
