Multiple positions available from material handlers, packers, and machine operators! Laborer positions are full time and normal job hours are Monday -- Friday 8:30am -- 5:00pm with some Saturdays 8:00 -- 12:00, plus some opportunities for overtime as they become available. Full time benefits are available after 90 days which include paid vacations, sick time, and holidays; as well as a health benefit package. Job details may include but are not limited to; pulling orders, packaging lumber bundles, operating machinery, cleaning and organizing the shop and machines, along with other general labor duties. You will report directly to our Sr. ISC Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location on an onsite work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations, ensuring that materials are handled safely and effectively, which in turn supports our production goals and customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * 1st shift 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday * Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed. * Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. YOU MUST HAVE * Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. * Knowledge of machine operation and basic maintenance. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. * Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
