Production operators are a vital piece of the Supply organization within Anheuser-Busch. Production operators help pump out the volume working with high-speed, automated technology. Safety first, quality always, then volume. Production operators are a critical part of our workforce, by monitoring quality, interpreting data, and improving upon processes to ensure we're operating the best we can.

POSITION/TITLE: Straw Machine Operator WORK LOCATION: Jacksonville, FL POSITION REPORTS TO: Production Supervisor WORK TYPE: On site JOB SUMMARY: A Straw Machine Operator is responsible for the operation of straw machine line(s), quality checks, packing and troubleshooting of manufacturing machine(s) that produce plastic straw products. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform timely checks to ensure that only quality product is manufactured.
Maintains established cycle settings on assigned machines to ensure production quantity
Stops production in the event inferior product is being produced.
Perform all assigned quality tests to measure the quality of the product being made (i.e. straw length, diameter testing, color testing and straightness of product). This requires frequent fingering and handling of the product to inspect for defects.
Check order to ensure correct product, boxes, and cartons are being used for scheduled job.
Comply with all safety rules, polices, procedures and practices to include performing lock-out/tag-out of production equipment when required.
Diagnose and determine cause for machine malfunctions along with making operator troubleshoot to assigned machines.
Immediately respond to any defective goods.
Maintain a safe and clean work area at all times.
Fill out labor sheets at end of shift noting production and downtime using the company computer.
Ability to work independently and function as a team member.
Ability to follow directives from the leadership team, managers and supervisors, in ensuring productivity and target levels are sustained.
Ensures all company policies and procedures including manufacturing and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Job Summary
The technicians are for executing extraction, infusion, processing, and packaging plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for cannabis production. Lab: Learns the extraction processes to facilitate and drive distillate and concentrate production. The Opportunity:
Gemini Water is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to work as an assistant for shop and installation crews. The Individual must be active and able to lift and maneuver 50-pound equipment. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and isn't afraid to pick up a hammer or wrench to get the job done. The Shop Production Technician position is a full-time position in our Gainesville, Florida shop location. Production hours are from 7:30am - 4:00pm.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with shop fabrication, assembly, and general maintenance tasks.
Cut, drill, and fit materials including structural aluminum, stainless steel piping, fiberglass, and PVC.
Perform basic plumbing and mechanical tasks such as cutting and gluing PVC pipes and fittings.
Handle equipment setup, movement, and inspection.
Use hand tools and power tools for repair, maintenance, and fabrication work.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Occasionally travel to job sites to support installation crews as needed.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
Travel to various project sites as required (primarily within Florida and surrounding regions).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Hands-on experience with basic construction, repair, or fabrication tools (e.g., hammers, wrenches, drills, saws).
Comfortable working with materials like PVC, stainless steel, fiberglass, and wood.
Able to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
