Communicate to Supervisor/Management in a professional manner. Follow and improve area processes as needed. Housekeeping and sanitation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to follow direction and fill forms for providing in-process quality control measures. Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively. Reading and comprehension abilities. Must be able to pass food safety training. As needed, must be able to work all shifts, weekends. Ability to work in a Team environment in a positive manner of respect, cooperation & flexibility.
