Key Responsibilities
Camera & Video Operations
Setup & Strike: Execute the complete setup and teardown of camera systems, including assembling tripods, running SDI/HDMI cabling, and securing camera positions for optimal broadcast angles.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve on-site video signal issues immediately, including cabling faults, converter problems, and monitor feed interruptions.
Operation: Assist with camera operation during live broadcasts, ensuring proper framing, focus, and exposure standards are met.
Client Relations & Professionalism
Brand Ambassador: Act as the face of HomeTeam Live while on location. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, as you will be working in client facilities.
Stakeholder Communication: Interact respectfully and clearly with venue staff, athletic directors, and coaches to coordinate access, power needs, and setup locations.
Conflict Resolution: Handle on-site challenges with a "customer-first" attitude, ensuring client satisfaction even when technical difficulties arise.
Site Cleanliness: Ensure the production workspace is kept organized and safe, leaving the venue in excellent condition upon departure.
Audio & General Production
Audio Support: Assist with the installation of audio gear, including commentary headsets, field microphones, and mixers.
Cable Management: Ensure all video and audio cabling is run safely (taped down/covered) and organized to professional standards to minimize trip hazards for the public.
Inventory: Help track and organize production equipment during load-in and load-out to prevent loss or damage.
Pre-Production Planning: Attend team meetings and assist in the development of production plans and logistics when not working at an on-site event.
Post-Production Review & Iteration: Participate in breaking down what went well, what didn't and what iterative steps can be taken for improvement via meetings and reports.
Qualifications
Experience: 1+ years of experience in live event production, videography, or customer service-focused technical roles.
Technical Skills:
Functional knowledge of camera systems (setup, white balance, focus).
Familiarity with video signal flow and cabling (SDI, HDMI).

Role
Machine Operator Recycling is responsible for operating and maintaining Clean the World's soap and plastic recycling lines. This role ensures continuous, efficient, and safe production by operating shredders, dewatering presses, mixers, plodders, cutters, and stampers used in the recycling and reforming of collected materials. The operator will be cross trained across both the soap and plastic recycling processes to maximize production output, ensure product quality, and maintain machine reliability.
Key responsibilities (not limited to)
Soap Recycling Line
· Operate soap recycling equipment including mixers, refiners/plodders, cutters, and stamping machines.
· Monitor feedstock consistency and adjust machine settings for optimal throughput and bar quality.
· Inspect and maintain soap recycling machinery, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.
· Troubleshoot production issues and perform minor repairs or adjustments as needed.
· Maintain accurate production logs and follow daily batch production schedules.
· Adhere to quality control and safety procedures during all stages of soap reformation.
Plastic Recycling Line
· Operate industrial shredders and dewatering screw presses to process collected plastic bottles and containers.
· Monitor feed material for contamination and ensure consistent flow through the system.
· Adjust machine parameters to achieve optimal liquid removal and throughput.
· Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.
· Record output metrics, moisture levels, and system performance data.

Accountabilities
* Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as assigned by supervisor according to the Preventive Maintenance schedule.
* Adhere to plant policies/procedures, department EHS rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), ISO 13485 regulations and Good Housekeeping procedures. Shall operate in a manner that protects the health and safety of its employees/visitors and operate in a manner that conserves energy, natural resources and protects the environment.
* Complete all pertinent paperwork pertaining to the finished product being produced according to established guidelines in the manufacturing procedures.
* Prepare and maintain required maintenance equipment records. Use of micrometers, dial calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to perform dimensional and physical inspections. Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
* Uses ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 sampling standard, part drawings, and specifications to determine inspection and testing required as well as acceptable quality levels.
* Selects products for inspection evaluation at specified stages in production process, performs various visual, dimensional, performance, mechanical, electrical, or chemical inspections per required characteristics.
* Report any unusual circumstances to supervisor and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
* Basic computer skills with windows based programs.
* Responsible for the observation of department regulations and to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required; must be safety conscious and Lockout/Tag-out trained.
* Transport hazardous waste to accumulation areas. Complete Annual Hazardous Waste (RCRA) refresher training.
* Cross-train and support where needed throughout the facility.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED preferred. One year certificate from college or technical school (machinist, engineering technology); or equivalent combination of training and experience.
* 3-4 years medical device manufacturing related experience or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
