* Locate and secure dies on machine table, shimming as necessary.
* Use "blacksmithing" techniques to hot form bends. Apply torch to bend area, checking hear with temperature sticks to be within temperature range and bend part according to hot form specification and prints, making adjustment for spring back.
* Set up and operate Bugo and cameograph torch cutting equipment.
* Lay out and scribe dimensional points on parts.
* Clamp down part, square out, center head, and align torch for straight cuts.
* Set torch speeds according to tip size and part thickness, and torch cut parts to print specificatio

We are currently seeking to add a Manufacturing Associate who will play a vital role in day-to-day, hands-on cGMP manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing Associate will be an independent thinker to monitor and troubleshoot critical processes and regularly draft and revise documents such as Batch Records and SOPs. S/he will also provide peer review of technical reports such as deviations, CAPAs and Change Controls. In addition, the Manufacturing Associate will identify, recommend and implement improvements related to routine floor operations.

Perform basic to complex aseptic operations within an ISO 5 environment according to Batch Records and SOPs.

all molded products hourly for defects. Grinding runners and checking cappers for runners. Cleaning

separated. Operate and monitor grinders and presses ensuring the product is manufactured in

Job DescriptionDescriptionSet up and operate hydraulic presses to perform cold and hot forming operations to form U-Bolts, eye rods, and similar type products from raw steel stock. Conduct all activities in a safe manner and follow all safety rules and regulations.
What You Will Do
Work from operation traveler, prints and written or oral instructions to obtain raw material from storage, and to select and install required dies.
Locate and secure dies on machine table, shimming as necessary.
Use “blacksmithing” techniques to hot form bends. Apply torch to bend area, checking hear with temperature sticks to be within temperature range and bend part according to hot form specification and prints, making adjustment for spring back.
Set up and operate Bugo and cameograph torch cutting equipment.
Lay out and scribe dimensional points on parts.
Clamp down part, square out, center head, and align torch for straight cuts.
Set torch speeds according to tip size and part thickness, and torch cut parts to print specificatio
May operate other machines such as: threader, saws, punch press, lathes, and drills as required.
Use various measuring devices to ensure work is to print specification including, but not limited to, coordinate measuring machine, machinist square, micrometers, verniers, thread and plug gauges.
Store all tooling, inserts and additional point-of-use items in an organized manner, in drawers, on work bench etc. with proper labels, color coding, floor marking or other identifying mechanism.
Maintain work area as well as machines, tools, and equipment to meet program requirements.
Performs all job functions in accordance with established operating procedures.
Identify and assist in remediation of any and all safety hazards in the work place.
Perform other duties as directed by Team Leader/Supervisor
What You Will Have
Ability to lift 50 pounds
One to two years of experience in manual machining and/or blacksmithing
Must be able to use measuring equipment such as measuring tapes, verniers and calipers, and read gauges.
Must be able to be certified to operate a forklift and use hoists to pick up heavy parts.
Demonstrated understanding of and ability to apply all basic shop math functions.
General computer skills
